Amazing

A good property with good facilities, but we didn't like the service we got
The room was very spacious and nicely designed. The area was quiet. The kitchen had useful facilities.
When we arrived no one was available to check us in and the host was not answering any of her phones. In total we waited almost an hour for the host after we contacted Booking (all these long distance calls were costing us a fortune). The check in process was long and frustrating. There was a mixup with our room so it wasn't availble. Our host wasn't honest and gave us a smaller room without telling us. We left for dinner to give the host time to prepare our room, but during dinner when we went over the reservation details it was clear we were given a much smaller and less comfortable room than the one we ordered (We ordered a suite but got a gallery room with a steep staircase). We returned to the property and asked for a free cancellation but the host was adamant that we stay and that she finds us a solution. After an hour of arguing we agreed to stay one night in the smaller room and move to our suite the following day for a reduced price (We had a total stay of 4 nights). In general it was very hard to communicate with the host, she didn't speak english well. She appeared friendly but it felt like an act. For example when we asked for clean towels she refused, since her policy is to replace towels once in 3 days. It was frustrating that we were staying at a luxury suite for 150 euro a night and yet the host was petty when we asked for something as simple as a towel change. The hotel location is also not ideal, it's on an unpaved road in a residential area. It is quiet and far from the center, and not in a scenary area like the pictures imply.

Minor incidents at the begining with the fridge being left off and water came out of it, some minor improvents would be welcome when it comes to the initial cleaning of the apartament.

Kseynasa Suites felt like a home filled with love and care – simply unforgettable.
A fantastic stay! The apartment was spotless, with a spacious terrace overlooking the pool, which becomes magical in the evening with the lights. The surroundings are beautifully kept, and there’s even a play and creativity area for children. The owner is exceptionally kind, caring, and helpful. We easily walked to the beach and town, barely using our car. A perfect place for families or couples looking for peace, comfort, and charm. Highly recommended!

Ok but overpriced for what you get.
The rooms were clean, the owner was kind and tried really hard to connect.
The pool is always closed from 12 ish to 5 pm. Besides that the pool was also closed 2 times outside these timeframes (because it was a holiday one time, the other we don’t know.) The water of the pool is also very cold because it’s almost all day in the shadow. On the picture it looks like there is a poolbar, there isn’t. The rooms are ok but we did miss shelves to put clothes on in the big closet. One day, we left to the beach and my son left his phone on the bed. That day they changed the sheets. At first K (the owner) didn’t believe us when we said it was on the bed when we left. Later she took me down to go through the laundry. Luckily we did find it in the sheets. Human mistakes are absolutely possible… but it didn’t feel very good when she doubted our story.

Lovely room with pool view
We had a room with direct access to the pool, which was really nice. The room is great, we had a comfortable double bed and an extra bed for our little one. We had breakfast every morning by the terrace and enjoyed the sunrise on our side of the pool.

Overpriced
The suite was very nice, well equiped. The pool was nice and clean. Close to the beach and central area of Nikiti
It is in the new area of Nikiti, a lot of construction around, a lot of noise of jackhammers during the day. We paid 150 euro/night and the construction “show” was included. Also if you dont have kids, dont go at kseynasa. There are a lot of families with kids by the pool. Different ages, different types of noise.
