Great place

Very clean, comfy beds , the 2 bedroom suite is great for 3-4 people . The upstairs room has its own bathroom , downstairs there is another one, so it’s really accommodating. Location is great, close to the restaurants, number of beaches . The apartment itself has everything you need .

Pleasant stay in a good value apartment

Clean, spacious apartment with a small but pleasant pool. It’s a good value option for a family.

Nothing to dislike particularly. The pool is small so if there are a number of people who want to sit out, it would be difficult. The location is also on the far end of town with a fair amount of derelict buildings or building works.

Lovely Stay Near Nikiti Beach – Cozy & Convenient

We had a wonderful stay in Greece with another couple! The property felt like a semi-luxurious small hotel, with clean, stylish rooms and a well-equipped kitchen that was super convenient. The complimentary breakfast ingredients and beverages were a fantastic touch, making mornings extra special. Towels were refreshed every other day, keeping everything fresh. The location is great, just a 10-minute walk to Nikiti Beach and close to the city center for shops and coffee. The pool at the property was a great spot to relax when the beach was too hot. Overall, a good and comfortable stay!

The kitchen was a bit small for four people, though still practical. The pool seemed larger in photos but was still pleasant. There’s ongoing construction in parts of the town, causing minor noise during weekdays and some dust, but it didn’t bother us much.

Very nice stay and very nice employees

Employees of the accommodation were very flexibel. We could arrive in the morning which we didnt expect. We had two rooms but we were basically the only guests. Any questions we had were answered very quickly.

Modern stay in Nikiti

The apartment was very modern designed and had everything you could need for a long stay. The pool was clean and at least twice a week deep cleaned, but because of the cold wether i could not get in. The host was super nice and very atentive to our needs, one day we woke up and noticed the power was out and after we reported in less then 15 minutes was fixed. The internet was not among the fastes but it was enough to hold a netflix stream and some other work laptops :). Overal a very good expirience that i can recomend anytime

The only downside is that if you have to walk 10-15 minutes to the bach :)

Amazing villa and beautiful Nikiti

We were at Villa Naiada in July 2023 for 5 nights. This experience was amazing for us (we came a group of 3 families with children) and chose 3 apartments. The landlady, Maria, is very nice, attentive to our needs. We have really enjoyed everything at this villa: the amazing swimming pool adequate for both children (has a separate place for children) and adults, very clean and big rooms with big beds, fully equipped kitchen area, green area. We will return for sure next year! We highly recommend this villa and Nikiti with its beautiful port and nice beaches!

Excellent stay!

Our stay in Vila Naiada was fantastic. Maria, our host, was very friendly and helpful, and she recommended some nice beaches to us. The breakfast was ordinary but sufficient. If you want to have a good time, this is the place to go. The apartments are luxurious and very nice.

Superb

The villa was very close to the centre of Nikiti (5min walk to the beach). Maria was very friendly and helpful and acted fast when the was a problem. Overall the place is very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place for staying.

The only thing i would recommend changing is the breakfast. As we had the same breakfast every day. Even tho the breakfast was good it would of been nice to have different breakfast every second day or so.

Exceptional, clean, spacius, fully equipped and of high standard apartments, with beautiful garden and parking. We enjoyed the pool, which is ecological, without chemicals, very clean and was never crowded, since there are 2 pools for the 2 buildings (of 5 apartments each one). Very nice, quiet location during the summer and very close to the centre ( 10-15 minutes walking). The owners and staff are very friendly and always helpful. Real value for money. We had a great time and we will be back in the future for sure!

Great villa for a vacation with your family

The property was amazing, everything was new and extremely clean. We loved the pool and the staff was very polite & helpful! I highly recommend this villa if you are traveling with your family. The owner also gave us a little goodbye gift (organic honey) before we left and we are extremely thankful! I will 100% come back again in the near future! Relax and nice service

First, I would like to thank once again to the Owners and the Staff for taking such a good care for us! We had some personal troubles during our stay (not related to our stay) and we were offered varieties of options and how to deal with them, we were also contacted with people who could help us resolving our troubles. The hotel was more than great! Clean, comfy, quite, close to the main street with the restaurants and shops. The pool was opened, clean and tidy. We had breakfast during our stay, which was really tasty. There is everything you need and more in the kitchen area - toaster, sandwich maker, coffee machine, microwave and so on. Most definitely will visit again! Thank you once again for making our stay calm and filled with positive emotions!

Brand new, luxurious and family friendly. Spacious, modern, contemporary furnished apartment with comfortable beds. Great bathroom and decor. Fully equipped kitchenette. Super clean. Two pools, one for each building. Awesome private patios as well as common pool/bar lounge areas. Landscaping is exotic and beautiful. Towels, toiletries, water, coffee, juice, breakfast provided every day. Extras provided upon request. Great location. Close to beach, stores, restaurants etc. but tucked away from the beaten path. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Hosts are fantastic. They literally treated us like family and took care of us the entire stay. They gave us inside information on where to eat the best food around, what beaches to visit and what activities to do during our stay. We booked a boat cruise through their partner company to visit Mount Athos and the island of Ammoulliani. I highly recommend this experience if you like sailing, nature, music, sea wildlife and a good time. Tips: Best way to experience the beauty of the area is by car so you can cover the most ground. Visit old Nikiti and the church in town. Definitely try the restaurant Avra for fresh fish and beautiful views. Take a boat trip. We liked Ormos Panagias Beach and Beach bar LaLuna the best out of all the beaches we visited.

Maria was very friendly and communicative, she informed us of the construction works in the neighborhood and gave us tips during our stay. She even helped us with ordering food delivery and drove us to a nearby beach! The Villa was exactly like the photos, and as we were the only guests we were also allowed to access the pool anytime. Loved our time in Nikiti!

Everything was great! We were there in early May before some restaurants and beach bars etc were opening up, so it was slightly quiet but we liked having the beach almost all to ourselves ☺️
