Great location by the sea, but the Wi-Fi is so bad you’ll remember what life was like in 1999

The apartment is quite nice and very well located – just a few steps from the sea. The air conditioning is only in the main bedroom, so the second “bedroom” is actually a small space off the living room separated by a curtain. The A/C doesn’t reach there, so there’s a fan instead. If the nights are cool, it’s fine, but otherwise it can get noticeably warmer than the main bedroom. I unfortunately didn’t catch her name, but the lady who took care of the cleaning was incredibly kind and welcoming. The apartment was cleaned every three days, which was great and very much appreciated.

The big downside is the Wi-Fi – it’s absolutely terrible. If you need to work during your holiday or rely on fast internet for your laptop, this is not the place for you.

Very modern, well furnished, kitchen was also well equipped. Great central location, 2mins from beach and restaurants. Best part of the apartment was the cosy terrace where we enjoyed breakfast and morning coffee :)

Nice apartment a one-minute walk to the beach

Great apartment just a one-minute walk to the beach. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly responsive and friendly, always ready to help with anything we needed. I highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again!

Overpriced and not clean enough

It was great that our room was ready on time and we managed to check-in at 3 PM. The location is great, close to the beach and restaurants and no noise from the bars.

Nobody came in to clean our room during our 5 nights stay. There were towels and sheets left on a chair in the corridor which I took when nobody came after the 3rd night. I sent the host a message asking if somebody will come and clean, no response. Yes, there is a broom in the corridor but there is no way to clean the bathroom sink or the toilet. Also, at one point part of the cleaning supplies were missing and I couldn’t even sweep the floors properly. Plus, on the coffee table in the room there is a list that says cleaning is done after 3 days but in our case, it was not. The sink in the bathroom leaks and the floor is always wet. The bathroom cabin is way too small, my boyfriend barely fit to shower. Almost all guests were families with children and the walls are pretty thin, so you could hear them screaming early in the morning. We never saw anyone from the staff, no reception desk and basically no way to get in touch with the hosts.

Great location

Great location next to the city beach, restaurants, and easy access to the main road from where you could get to nearby beaches outside of the city. The room was well equipped for several days of stay and was spacious enough. The balcony was lovely. The personnel cleans the room and changes the sheets once a couple of days.

The shower was very small and there was nowhere to attach the shower head to, so you had to hold it by hand all the time. There was some small hanging basket that could barely hold your bathroom accessories.

Superb

Located less than a city block from the beach Best location I've had in Nikiti in years. Exceptionally sociable and polite staff. Special favors were left for us in the room. Cleanliness was great and they were not stingy on the AC as other places. Room was cleaned regularily to a high standard, respecting our personal items. Cozy living/kitchen area with all needed amenities. The manager, Maria was amazing and extra attentive to our needs. There was parking space (perhaps not one space per unit, but we were able to grab a space on the second day).

Not specific to this place, wifi and mobile data are both weak, always. If you want to be available for work make special arrangements. The AC was right on top of our heads in the bedroom, which made it hard to sleep comfortably and hot in the living room area (maybe a personal preference).

The location is very good. Really close to the beach, bars, restaurants, everything you need is in walking distance. The kitchen is equipped with enough to be able to manage. The bed is comfortable and parking was available in front of the apartment. The host was nice and helpful.

Ia was very hot and the air conditioning above the bed made it impossible to sleep with it open, and once you closed it, the temperature rose immediately. This was also because we stayed in one of the apartments on the second floor, I guess the ground floor would have been better. The bathroom is very small and if you are above 1,80 m and 60 kg, you will have a hard time taking a shower. The rooms are pretty small and dark, little natural light comes in. There is no reception and once you arrive you need to call and check if you are in the right place. Cleaning could have been done more often.

Very nice

Good location - close to the restaurants and the beach. Arsanas restaurant is very good, great food. The apartment is very nice, spacious, clean.

Sometimes there was no hot water and we could not take a shower/bath (ex in the morning), some clean garbage bags could be left in the room.

Everything was amazing, the room was clean and the staff were very helpful. Maria the Manager was very friendly and we would like to personally thank her for her generous gifts and looking after us for the entirely of our stay.

Apartamentul micuț, dar cochet și curat, plaja la doi pași, magazin alimentar chiar lângă și restaurante pe alese. Tot ce ai nevoie pentru un concediu de vis. Vom reveni cu siguranță.

Помешкання дуже близько до моря, та до улюбленого ресторану Arsanas Restaurant. Дуже привітлива та чудова Катерина яка нас зустріла. Прибирання було через дві доби. В помешканні є все необхідне для приготуванння сніданків та кави. Чудовий балкон, котрий зачиняється маркізами від спеки. Комфортне ліжко, зручна ванна кімната, та є ще кімната для відпочинку

Grecia nu mai este ce era. Totul foarte scump.

A fost curat, aproape de plaja si taverne. Personalul care se ocupa efectiv de administrare dar care nu au aceasta calitate.

Proprietatea are o idee de curte interioara dar nu are nici o masa. Sunt doar 2 scaune asezate. Noi am fost grup mare, dar chiar si in anumite conditii ai nevoie sa iesi la aer si sa socializezi. Am fost directionati spre balcoanele camerelor, care erau relativ spatioase dar in care nu te puteai desfasura atat timp cat aerul cald de la AC era suflat spre tine. Nu puteai sa stai fara AC la interior si ca atare nu reuseai sa stai nici in balcon. Acesta a fost folosit doar pentru uscat prosoape. Camerele extrem de mici, te loveai in toate marginile. Cabina de dus extrem de mica, aproape camera de tortura. Nu au o receptie. De asemenea, nu exista o comunicare clara intre booking si proprietate. Va recomand sa va verificati bine rezervarea scrisa, deoarece datele comunicate de noi pentru care s-a creat si pretul platitit nu au aparut in rezervarea. Din acest motiv vacanta a inceput cu stangul cand proprietatea a cerut sa platim suplimentar. Faceti-va print screen la rezervarea initiala pentru ca aceasta se pare ca se schimba dupa bunul plac. Cu siguranta cu pretul achitat aici gaseam alte variante de cazare mult mai interesante.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν άριστη κυριολεκτικά 2 λεπτά από την παραλία η κοπέλα που μας εξυπηρέτησε τηλεφωνικά ευγενέστατη το δωμάτιο όμορφα διαμορφωμένο …. Όμως έπασχε από την καθαριότητα!!!!!!! Και το WI-FI απλά δεν …

На 50 м от плажа и на 150 м хубавите ресторанти! На плажа се плаща 15€ за два шазлонга и чадър, но си имат магазинче и нормално цени си купуваш каквото си пожелаеш за плажа! Доволен съм

Apartamentul este bine situat și în principiu bine configurat. Sunt vase și mașină de cafea la dispoziție. De asemenea este loc de parcare.

A fost complicat să ajungem la cineva să ne lase în apartament: a trebuit să așteptăm să vină cineva cu cheia. În apartament sunt multe lucruri care ar trebui reparate sau reînnoite: dușul curge, mânere în duș foarte vechi și decojite. Nu sunt puse nici un fel de suporturi pentru săpun etc în duș. Vasele în bucătărie erau prăfuite. Plapuma nu are un "plic" ci doar un cearceaf peste care e pusă ea.
