Frustrating experience that left me disappointed having to deal with the wrong room for months now

There was parking on site. Nikiti was a nice place to stay at.

I booked a Royal Suite but was given a smaller Executive Suite on the ground floor that didn’t match the photos or description. I raised the issue at check-in and was told they might move me the next day, but no one ever followed up. I was given an email to raise the issue to for a partial refund, but in 2 months no one has replied to it. Overall, I didn’t receive the room I paid for and they don't seem to care to return the difference. The private beach in the description is also misleading, it's a public beach that is across the road in front of the place, but Nikiti's actual beaches are a 10 minute walk away. I would just book one of the many other places in Nikiti and not worry if I'll receive what I paid for.

A momentum: "Make a wish"!

We had a wonderful and unforgettable stay! I had an unbeliavable live momentum in my life! We had the most beautiful accommodation - the groundfloor apartment (No. 303) in the Royalty Suites Seaside Luxury Complex! This Suite situated at the forefront Westcoast side of the Medetterian Sea Site allowed us to experince the most calming Sunset of the Sun in late fall 2025, October 25th! The wide garden in stone and wooden design, as well seeded with white flowers, trees and green grasses gave us moments to share. The Suite is extraordinarily luxury equppied. The beddings and linen were cosy, comfort and silky as you are on the clouds! The bathroom is faced at the Eastside, so the Sunrise side is welcoming you in the mornings! The kitchen was full in practical meaning, the wardrobes efficient spaced... While I would also have not the right words to describe every detail further... the rest experience it by yourselves +

Clean, tidy suite and a good base for seeing Sithonia.

The suite is in a great location for seeing the second finger, Sithonia. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The actual suite was clean and tidy and had a nice balcony for chilling on. September is off season which suited us as we like a quieter way of life but others may like the vibrancy of high season. Beaches in photos not Nikki by within in driving distance. Mount Athos can be seen on the other side of the finger.

The kitchen area is ok for cooking breakfast and light meals but probably not for main meals. However, there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We found Akrogiali had great seafood and friendly staff.

The location is good, nice sea view and terrace.

Breakfast is not good at all, it is composed of juice, sweets, nothing healthy, we couldn't eat it. In my opinion having 2 boiled eggs and some cold cuts would be cheaper and healthier than now.

everything, 10/10. Location, few metres from the beach, the staff was so kind! From the lady from reception to the gentlemen who used to do the maintenance. I will definitely come back here is like a fairytale!

Breakfast comes in boxes, basic, we knew from the start and we use the kitchen for this, is fully equipped.

Dissapointing

Location is good in front of the sea and close enough to the main taverns and port in Nikiti. You also have a terrace and a small yard.

Unfortunately, the property did not raise up to our expectations. I will start by saying it was not clean from the moment we received the room throught our stay and towels were not changed during our 5 nights stay. The smell in the bathroom was not easy to deal with. Toiletries were not refilled, we had to buy our own. Wireless internet did not work properly, kept disconnecting and that would not have been a problem if we had network service, which we did not, at all. Electricty kept on turning off and on several times per day and night, which made a disturbing noise. Parking is available, but parking spots are very narrow, if you have a bigger car you will have a problem with finding a spot. For the price we paid (around 130 euros per night 2 people standard studio no breakfast) it is disturbing that cleanliness was an issue. The floors were not cleaned properly, you could see crumbles and they were sticky. There was heavy dust on the bed lamps, cobwebs in the bathroom and stains on the fridge. In the previous day before departure they did not even enter to take out the garbage or make the bed. I would have expected from a place called Royalty Suites.

Great location, in front of the beach and 10 min walk from the town center. Free seabeds offered by hotel. Private parking. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Just some small recommendations to improve or comment: - cleaning during the stay can be better or at least some self-service tools to be offered. - it is necessary to add more cups, bowl etc. - breakfast is mostly a snack, so not to take into account as base morning food. But all of these are less important than all the advantages this property has.

Our suite was clean, comfortable and like new. Great location by the sea within walking distance to restaurants. Tatiani was an outstanding host. Location was perfect as a base for day trips around the Halkidiki peninsula.

Very close to restaurants and shops, size of the room is perfect with good facilites.

Facing the Beach and this could be a fantastic plus if there would be the properties around keeping it clean. But it is very dirty, no one take care of the sunbeds, bottles of bears left during night. It would be enough to organize a daily cleaning maybe in cooperation with others hotels/resorts closeby.

Beautiful apartment, in a quiet and peaceful part of Nikiti, just minutes from the center. The complex consists of two rows of apartments, the first with a sea view, the second with a beautiful garden and landscaped lawn. Staff friendly, breakfast just fine.

Tjey should pay more attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom / toilet. Tap in the bathroom and in the kitchen should also be replaced, the current ones are not in the best function and are far below the level of quality of the rest of the apartment.
