Just an Amazing Stay!

Just an Amazing Stay! We would like to say thank you once again for the magnificent vibe of the place! The team responsible for the complex are truly wonderful professionals—warm-hearted and dedicated. We stayed for 9 days, and throughout the entire time, the staff was always helpful. The cleaning lady was like a “ninja”—invisible but efficient, with everything perfectly taken care of daily! The breakfast was exactly what we needed. Yes, we read some comments from previous guests, but during our stay, it was excellent! There was a good variety of choices—perhaps a bit limited if you're a fruit lover, but everything else was absolutely delicious. To be honest, this place feels like a small paradise. Part of us wants to keep it a secret—but the people here truly deserve all the praise! We’re so happy we discovered this gem. Until we meet again! Warm regards, Kiril and Natali

We enjoyed our stay, but it can be a bit challenging with children since the hotel is located on a hill about 50 meters

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect – right in the center of the village, with the atmospheric feel. The hotel grounds are beautiful, with a lovely swimming pool, colorful flowers, and even parrots. We were lucky enough to spot some honey birds as well. The rooms are comfortable, each with air conditioning and plenty of storage space. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the large balcony with a dining table was a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Clean and spcious apartment and exceptional breakfast

The room was very clean, spacious and with everything needed for a good stay. The breakfast was exceptional. The apartment was surprisingly silent having in mind the excellent location. The hosts where also very polite and inviting.

Family week in Elia Appartments.

Perfect location close to the village centre. Nice pool area with fresh towels to use. Never crowded around the pool. Nice breakfast. Hosts are friendly and helpfull with any questions you might have. Beach is pretty close, put brace yourself for the walk back if your out of shape.

Wifi is like wifi in 2010. To little slope in the shower and no door or curtain, so each shower sprays and floods the bathroom. AC was preset to 24/25°C. I understand why, its to have a smaller difference from inside to outside. But we had trouble sleeping because we are used to max 19°C in the bedroom. I would like to be able to choose.

Good place to stay in Afitos

The apartment looks modern and very clean. The beds are very comfortable. The towels are white and they really change them often. There is also a foot towel at the exit from the shower. It is very convenient. There is a private parking next to the apartment. There is also a good supermarket nearby. There is a swimming pool on the territory, which is cleaned regularly. The hostess is very friendly and hospitable. I recommend it for a short or long stay.

1) The House rules are printed on 8 pages. They need to be studied, because they contain threats of fines of 100 - 200 euros. 2) The door to the bathroom/toilet is made of frosted glass and does not close tightly. Therefore, everyone can hear everything. 3) There is no hair dryer in the room. Theoretically, you can get one at the reception. However, over the course of three days we went to the reception more than 10 times and it was always closed.

We had mosquitoes in the apartment, and although we didn't have issues with parking, I can imagine that if it is full, then parking would be limited.

Pleasant family holiday

Breakfast was decent, pool nice and clean. Apartment had all the needed amenities. Personal was warm and helpful. 2 balconies, generous on space.

Both queen size bed and bunk beds were quite squiky on movement. The beach is close but the access is rather steep.

Superb

Rooms are quite big ( suitable for families with children ) and each room has a balcony, it gives you a self comfort area. Also we like the conditions of the bathroom, it was all new and very well cleaned. And the location was perfect, afitos center and the beaches were in walk distance. They also provide a parking space which is very valuable in that neighborhood.

The staff were very nice. Even offered to me to have late check out when I didnt ask, I just wanted to leave the suitcase in the reception and they offered I could come back and take a shower as the room was still available.

Excellent stay

The place is very beautiful and comfortable. The garden and the swimming pool are very nice. The apartment was big and comfortable with a nice terrace to have breakfast and drinks with a nice view of the garden. The location is amazing and nice. It is only a nice and short walk to the center of the village. There are nice restaurants just by the corner. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Overall, this was an excellent stay and we would go back again with big pleasure.

Excellent choice

We spent two relaxing weeks in Elia Apartments hotel. Lovely, lush and well kept garden around the complex. Near the center of the charming Afytos village, but still very quiet and ideal for a good night rest. Relaxing pool, never too crowded. Very comfortable apartment with spatious balcony/patio with garden view. Two very good beaches are just 5-10' away by foot and the grocery store is around the corner. And the owners, Roxani and Juliane were the most hospitable, friendly and helpful hosts. They loved our dog and he really enjoyed to play with Roxani in the shade of our garden. Thank you for making our holiday memorable!

Only minor thing, small bathroom with poor ventilation. Breakfast was repetitive but this is caused by Covid19 health measures, not fault of Elia.

Amazing apartments in Afytos

The apartments are located right in the city center, so there’re many restaurants and supermarkets around. The hotel territory is really nice, green and quiet. We booked a 2-bedroom apartment, but unfortunately in the room 103 the air conditioner was broken, so the host moved us to a better and larger apartment - 104. It has its private exit to the pool and a nice terrace. There’s anything you need: air conditioning in every room, big wardrobes with hangers, all basic kitchen utensils and kitchenware. Everything was clean and working properly. The hosts were very responsive and hospitable.

The WiFi connection is weak. Keep in mind that the road to the beach is quite steep, it will be difficult to ride a baby carriage

Great apartment, amazing staff

The apartment and pool were spotlessly clean and the apartment itself was very large. It was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. It is approximately 5 minutes walk into Afytos centre and about 10 minutes to the beach, though that is very steep. The staff were amazing - I broke my ankle on a water obstacle course in Pefkochori whilst we were staying there and Juliane and Roxane managed to get me an appointment for an X ray and also advised where I could get treatment. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

We rented a studio for two and it was spacious and clean. It had everything we needed for our holidays. The swimming pool is also great. Close to the center of the village.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Die beiden Schwestern führen ihr Hotel mit viel Engagement und betreuen die Gäste sehr gut, sodass sich jeder dort wohlfühlt. Es gibt Bücher zum Ausleihen, Kicker und Tischtennis und einen sehr schönen Pool. Zu Fuß dauert es 10 - 15 Minuten zum Strand. Ums Eck gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und viele gute Restaurants. Trotz der Zentrumsnähe war es nachts ruhig. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, jeden Tag gab es etwas Abwechslung, auch frisches Obst und Gemüse und Eierspeisen.
