Good location, free parking, enough breakfast for this price.

The hotel rooms have zero insulation. You just hear everything was is going on out. Very small bath but works. And every guest smoke hardly, it is not possible to open windows if you are sensitive für smoke. Mostly preferred by Balkan people. The Balkons are thight close. You can just handshake with your neighboor.

Perfect

We had a wonderful stay at. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the pool was beautifully maintained, and the overall atmosphere made us feel instantly at ease. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the hotel manager – an exceptionally kind and empathetic person, always attentive and genuinely caring. I can say that, in her own discreet way, she played a part in one of the most meaningful moments of our lives. This is a place we’ll always remember with warmth and gratitude. This place gave us beautiful memories, and we’ll definitely come back.

Overpriced and not for long vacation

Staff is amazing. The hotel is pretty simple and rooms has a lack of basic furniture, but staff tries to fulfill your needs. The view from the room is also very nice.

There is no any cutlery, fridge is incredibly small, you can't fit a lot of food there. There is only 3 socket in the room, one for fridge, two others in uncomfortable places. Wi-fi is very poor. Noise isolation is more or less acceptable, but there is a balcony near each room and you will hear your neighbours very well. Beach is in 5-7 minutes walk and this is disaster! Sharp rocks under the water, you need to get in the car and ride 10-15 mins to another beach if you want some swimming.

We had a wonderful experience at the Julija Hotel. Property is clean, very close to the beach and we really loved the character of the hotel. Nice room with beatifull view, the restaurant was fantastic and staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you !

Lovely garden

Amazing garden - very green, spacious and excellent maintained with many benches and hammocks to sit and relax. Beautiful pool area, cozy breakfast/bar area, nice hotel building, great view from the room terrace, free parking. Very helpful staff. Good location - a short walk to the main street and square, restaurants and to the beach area.

Room and bathroom are basic and need a better maintenance. The mattress was very hard for me. No variety for breakfast, every day was the same. The orange juice was bad. Some tables in the breakfast area are very close to the main road and could be quite noisy.

Perfect for chilling, especially with dog.

Attention towards specific dietary preferences (but needs to be mentioned in advance), very nice and clean pool, amazing yard that is also in perfect condition. Affordable bar with few but very nice drinks & cocktails.

Pillows were not comfortable, walls between balconies with neighbors are practically from metal mesh... Felt like we were sharing the balcony. Blue light from TV was killing me at night, had to turn it off from switch.

Old, not refreshed rooms, dirty bathrooms, charming personal.

The hotel yard is very nice, but the hotel itself is very unpleasant and dirty. The rooms are small and old, not beeing refreahed in the past 20 years maybe. Smells old, supwr small and dirty bathrooms. Despite this the host is a very charming and polite lady.

Not what we anticipated

The garden was perfectly maintained, the cleaning personnel was very polite and very adequate, the breakfast personell was excellent, lovely kitties at the premises.

The management was inadequate and at times appeared to be aloof (ie exhibiting discriminatory behavior towards clients)

The best price-quality rate

The hotel is located in an idyllic place, surrounded by olive threes and luxurious vegetation. It has a great pool. The breakfast was basic, but just fine, with fruits, cheese, salami and some local specialties. Our room was at the last floor, with a terrace, offering a wonderful sea view. Skala Fourka is a very nice village, close to Kassandria, Kallithea, Siviri. We visited every day Sani Beach, probably the nicer beach on Kassandra. The lady at the reception desk was very polite, a good host, highly intelligent and helped us a lot with many information. Thank you very much! About the room: small, but with a fridge, a decent bathroom (only with shower curtain). The room was cleaned every day, except on Sunday, with changed towels. It was probably the best price-quality rate! If we can, we will definitely return here!

We have no negative remarks! Maybe just one: some of the sunbeds from the pool needs to be renewed.

Excellent value for money stay with Rania an caring host, lovely gardens and pool and good food

Rania the lady in charge was exceptional as she was helpful, informative and sorted any issue out immediately. She loaned us a beach brolley which saved us buying one! The breakfasts were varied with great choice. The pool was excellent as was about 15m long and 8m wide so you could have a proper swim. The gardens looked wonderful, a credit to the gardener! Is within 3 minute walk of a large supermarket for food etc. Easy to get to the town in a 5 minute walk.

The main road passing was noisy but nothing can be done about that - it was the high season!

Super location! The GARDEN was heavenly beautiful. Great attention to details. The POOL had amazingly clean water. The HOST and the STAFF were super kind with us! Inside and outside was VERY CLEAN as well! The room was cleaned every day!

Very nice Hotel with welcoming staff!

We were the first guests of the season and couldn't have asked for a more relaxing and nice stay. The host took really good care of us and we were amazed by the welcoming atmosphere. We really enjoyed the beautiful garden and swimming area, which was well maintained. Also we enjoyed the varied and extensive breakfast. On our next trip to halkidiki we would definitely come again!

Really sweet place in Fourka!

The location was great and access to the beaches were less than 10 min away. Liked that we could get into town by foot or car. The owner was so kind and professional. She was genuine and attentive! The pool looked great and there was ample space in the yard to play or relax. The breakfast was nice as well. My favorite part was meeting the little kitty γούρι , he was adorable and so friendly! I would recommend this place!

The shower in our bathroom was a bit small and crowded so it left quite a wet floor after each shower.

Everything was perfect, we will come again!

Everything was perfect, the owner was very very kind and sweet. We arrived around 21:00 at night and she was waiting for us. She knows how to make the perfect Mojito :). The hotel is very good, we had rooms on the ground floor so we had our own yard with chairs and tables so our kids were always entertained there. Rooms were very clean and you have everything you need there. Breakfast was very good, pastries, eggs, ham cheese, vegetables and fruit. The pool was very clean so it was perfect for the kids. To the beach we went by car, it was 2-3 minutes away. We will definitely come again!
