Amazing!

The villa offers everything needed for a perfect stay, with modern appliances, quality kitchenware, and thoughtful details throughout. Its cozy and tranquil atmosphere is complemented by an ideal location—just a 5-minute stroll to a pristine sandy beach and only 10 minutes to the city center. Guests can enjoy convenient private parking, a lush green outdoor space, and a charming veranda. The villa is designed to inspire complete relaxation and is a wonderful choice for a restful holiday. Very friendly and hospitable hosts. Thank you very much, Petra! :) Highly recommended.

Pleasant stay

We stayed at Petra Villas as a group of friends and had a nice, peaceful time overall. The house was clean and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s a quiet and private location, which made it great for relaxing and spending time together. The owners were very helpful and always available via text if we had any questions or needed something, which we really appreciated. Afitos is close by and definitely worth exploring – lots of great places to eat and enjoy the local vibe. Petra Villas worked well for our group, especially if you’re looking for a calm place to unwind.

Amazing, spacious villa! Walking distance from the beach, restaurants and bars. Highly recommended

We stayed at the villa as a group of 5 friends and couldn’t have asked for a better place. It offered the perfect balance between privacy and shared spaces. The house is beautifully designed, with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious and stylish living room, two bathrooms with showers, and an amazing backyard. There are two enclosed bedrooms and one open-wall bedroom - all of which were comfortable and convenient. The location is ideal: just a 5-minute walk to a stunning beach and about a 2-minute drive (or 10-minute walk) to the city center, where you’ll find plenty of cafes, restaurants, and bars. The private parking spot was a big plus, as we rented a car to travel around the area. Petra was an outstanding host - super communicative, sent us great recommendations, and graciously allowed us to do a late check-out due to a delayed flight. We highly recommend this villa for friends, families, or anyone looking for a relaxed and spacious stay near Afitos.

Nice and cozy villas with own green garden

The villa is well equiped, cozy and the host are very polite and always available to help. The location is perfect as the villas are close to the city but in a peacefull area where you can relax and be apart from all the noice and crowds.

Great stay

The villa was impeccably clean, up to the standards of my wife, which is something that doesn't happen often. The location is great in a walking distance to Afitos but not in the busy area at the same time. The garden is great for dogs and our Yorkie was enjoying it very much, he even found a friend (a small Chihuahua) at the neighboring villa. The villa itself was well supplied with complimentary fruits, coffee, olive oil and etc. Although we stayed at the spring, I'm sure that the villas will be cool at the summer due to the high ceiling. Next to the villas there's a road not suitable for cars but nice for walking that leads to the better beach of Afitos, there's also a big parking area for enough cars for all villas. The host is also great and always helping if you need something. The wifi was enough for my work and there is Netflix which we didn't use for our relatively short stay but it's a + if you're going to stay for longer.

We liked everything so here are some small suggestions to the host that can help with little improvements: 1. My wife sleeps in total darkness so the temperature reading of the display disturbed her at the first night, but I figured out how to turn it off after that - you need to press the menu/ok button of the remote control and click on "display", this turns it off - it's a good idea to show that to the guests. 2. More pillow options would be great, there are medium size pillows already, a small and a big size additions would be great to accommodate different preferences.

Це був найкращий відпочинок на Халкідіках. Найкрасивіше море. До моря 5 хв. Будинок настільки зручний, що ми були, як вдома. Ідеально. Ми вже мріємо повернутися до Петри в наступному році.

Къщата е перфектна и се намира близо до плажа и Афитос.Напълно оборудвана кухня с миялна, пералня, фурна, индукционни котлони, кафемашина и всички посуда , необходими за едно домакинство. Изкарахме една прекрасна почивка. Имахме самостоятелно дворче и паркинг за колата. Тихо и спокойно място, само за отдих. Домакинята е много добра и отзивчива. Изчака ни и ни посрещна с комплименти вино и фруктиера с плодове. В къщата имаше занимателни игри и федербал, Люлки и хамак. Горещо препоръчвам на всички.
