Our stay was relaxing and pristine, where each day felt like the first.

I love it here so much. Its the ideal place to disconnect from the world and relax.
We love it here so much! We were here last year and came again because it was just so great and so ideal for families with young ones. If you are looking for somewhere to come and get some peace, some tranquility and disconnect, this is the place. The people are great and so very acommodating, the food is amazing, the facilities are just so dreamy. A real paradise to come and relax. I actually went online to book again for next year, but seems the prices are now a bit out of budget. We will see. But if you can do it, highly recommended.
What i didnt like is so trivial honestly, that i wouldnt put too much emphasis on it. But could make the experience better in my opinion; 1. Wifi wasnt great where our residency was, which was frustrating but on the other hand forced me to disconnect a bit. However could be an issue to some. The tv also could not connect to anything because of this. 2. The shower glass could be taller and wider to not get the whole bathroom wet when showering 3. There were ants in the bathroom constantly but such things come with the territory 4. I had bought a bottle of wine at the restaurant and couldnt take it to the beach to finish off which was frustrating. Both establishments are the same family, you would think this is one of the benefits of such a compound.

It was not described properly what a duo tent is. I was with 2 children and one adult and obviously I could not let one child sleep alone in the second tent. I assumed duo tent simply means a larger double tent

Really relaxing
The whole place was visually pleasing and incredibly tasteful. We loved the level of cleanliness and the convince of the restaurant, beach and gym being in the same place.
The location of our tent was quite inconvenient as the noise from the street that kept waking us up in the night.

Amazing place, very attentive staff and delicious food
Ergon Beach House offers a great balance of peaceful exclusivity with lively beach side and accessibility to the busier town. The food at the restaurant is out of this world, with a wealth of Greek specialties offered on the menu (we tried them all!) The customer service is fantastic with the team coming out of their way to help and offer advice to make our stay extra special. We had a few incidents during our stay which were promptly addressed and allowed our stay to be completely stress free. Cleaning staff brilliant, especially the lady with burgundy hair colour, who was very nice and went above and beyond, showing exceptional attention to details.
The beach side plays party music on the weekends, a little too loud at times. The sunbeds are way too close from each other. But appreciate this is to cater to an external audience not staying at the hotel. But some flexibility and perks for hotel guests would be great.
