Everything excluding pillows and the jacuzzi under my room

The jacuzzi on the floor below me was running all night without someone in it. This happened 2 nights. We couldn’t sleep at all The pillows makes us back pain on the next day Very uncomfortable pillows

Dream all inc holiday.

I usually find some flaws in my accomodation but it is virtually impossible here. Blue Lagoon Queen is a fantastic place to spend your all inclusive dream holiday. Hotel has great staff, nice facilities, big and beautiful garden. Plus, it is located just on the sandy beach. Food was also excellent.

There is one thing I would improve - despite having many pools, none of them are between 0,50 and 1,30 depth. It lacks a safe pool for my 8 years old son.

Not what we expected for a 5-star hotel

A lot of activities, large variety of food, friendly staff, nice pools, rooms cleaned daily.

It was not what we expected. The organization for such a large complex was not good. When checking in, we did not receive enough information about the restaurants and dining options. Accordingly, when checking in on Friday, it turned out that we could not use our dinner in the Greek restaurant, which is only open on weekends and with very limited capacity. No compensation was offered, and yet this is included in the price and described as a privilege for everyone staying at the hotel. The hygiene in the main restaurant was poor. The cutlery and glasses were dirty every day. The beach was not well maintained, very rocky, no attempts to improve it by the hotel to make it at least child-friendly. Last but not least - the 15€ per night tourist tax was a surprise as it wasn’t described anywhere.

Preis-Leistung im Herbst top

Schöne Zimmer, schöne Anlage, nettes Personal, Essen gut. Eine Woche vor Saisonende nicht zu voll. Eigentlich alles super, bis auf eine nervige Gruppe, die am Wochenende eingebucht war und alles auf den Kopf gestellt hat.

Der Pool war im Herbst leider zu kalt. Wir hatten Pech, dass an einem Wochenende eine Gruppe von ca. 100 Leuten kam, die den ganzen Tag nur getrunken und Lärm gemacht haben und das bis früh am Morgen. Ich hätte erwartet, dass jemand vom Hotel eingreift, da es ja eher ein Familienhotel ist. Der Strand und Poolanlagen wurden danach nur spärlich gereinigt, und auch am Tag danach lagen noch viele Gläser herum, der Sand war mit Zigaretten übersät. Das fand ich sehr schade und nicht 5-Sterne-würdig.

Υπέροχο πρωινό με μεγάλη ποικιλία και ποιοτητα Επίσης υπάρχει πολύ μεγάλη ποικιλία για μεσημεριανό φαγητό και για το δείπνο.. χαμογελαστό και προσχαρο προσωπικό..

Η ώρα που κλείνει η πισίνα ήταν πολύ νωρίς.. θα μπορούσε να είναι ανοιχτή μια ώρα παραπάνω..

Καταπληκτική, ονειρεμένη!

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα, πραγματικά αξίζει με τα χίλια.. το φαγητό υπέροχο, οι παροχές καταπληκτικές, τα παιδιά απασχολούνται συνέχεια , υπάρχουν πολλές δραστηριότητες καθόλη την διάρκεια της ημέρας, πολύ όμορφο σόου για παιδάκια το βράδυ αλλά και για μεγάλους! Με το χαμόγελο όλο το προσωπικό , πρόθυμοι να εξυπηρετήσουν! Θα το ξανά επισκεφτούμε σίγουρα! Επίσης , πολύ κοντά είναι και άλλες περιοχές για να βγεις όπως άφυτος και Καλλιθέα!

Το μόνο αρνητικό είναι πως οι κουρτίνες του δωματίου που μέναμε ήταν ανοιχτόχρωμες και έμπαινε το φως του ήλιου από τα ξημερώματα.. επίσης είχε ένα παράθυρο που η κουρτίνα δεν ήταν επαρκής , οπότε κάποιος που έρχεται για ξεκούραση πρέπει να έχει μαζί του μάσκα νυχτός!

Проживание оставило приятные впечатления: отель новый и комфортный, но есть мелкие недочёты

Отель новый, очень чистый, с ухоженной территорией и прямым выходом к пляжу — это большой плюс. За дополнительную плату нам повысили категорию номера, что приятно. Питание хорошее: хотя выбор фудкортов небольшой, еда свежая, вкусная и всегда в достатке. Персонал в ресторанах вежливый, территория безопасная и хорошо освещена вечером.

В номере плохо работал кондиционер, и несмотря на обращение на ресепшн, его так и не починили. Развлекательная программа слабая, особенно по вечерам. В ванной не было зубной пасты и щетки — для 4–5* отеля это неожиданно. Также хотели забронировать морской ресторан, но, простояв в очереди 40 минут, узнали, что бронь доступна только при проживании от 7 ночей — было бы лучше, если бы эта информация заранее указывалась.

Geçen senede gelmiştik ancak bu sefer geldiğimizde hayal kırıklığı yaşadık. Booking rezervasyonu ile gelenlerden 15 Euro gecelik vergi alıyorlar. 5 gece kaldık 75 Euro verdik. Yemekler kalitesiz hergün domuz biftek, domuz ürünleri var. Hiç sığır eti yok. Taze balık yok arada bir donmuş balık kızartması çıkıyor. Yemekhane de sinekten yemek yenmiyor. Tabaklar genelde kirli ve ıslak kurulamadan servise konulmuş. Gecelik dünya para ödüyorsunuz yemeklerde canlı müzik yok. Güvenlik görevlileri biri hariç suratsız. Bileklik alerjisi olduğu için takmadık, azarlar gibi konuşmaya çalışıyor. Deniz kenarı bakımsız kalmış, yada bakılmamış. Barlarda ingilizce bilmeyen personel konulmuş Tarzan ca anlaşmak gerekiyor. Havlu dağıtan kız suratsız ve törenle havlu veriyor. İnsanlar senin 3 kuruşluk havluna kalmadı nedir bu ince eleyiş. Animasyon ekibi diye çoluk çocuk doldurmuşlar hiçbir faaliyet yok. Havuzlar 17.30 da yapilan hazırlık ile 18.00 de kilitleniyor. Bırakın insanlar saat 20.00 ye kadar dursun. Yani bu sefer ne yemeklerden nede başka birşeyden memnun kalmadık.
