The place is great. The view is amazing. Top.

There are still some construction and maintenance activities going on. We stay 2 days and maintenance never stop . There was construction noise all day long all over the place. We even have to call them to come in the room and check why there is no hot water. For the price you ask, you cannot afford this. Acsiden happens, but then you need to try to compensate the gest some how ( discound or bettet room ).

The hotel itself is very impressive, quiet, with beautiful views, good restaurants, and excellent facilities. • The room with direct access to the pool is more expensive, but it’s really fun to step straight from your room into the pool without having to go to one of the main hotel pools. • The hotel staff is very friendly and generous.

The hotel’s location is indeed quiet and secluded, but getting there from Thessaloniki is not very convenient. It took us about an hour and a half because of traffic and because the taxi driver didn’t really know the way. A taxi will cost you around 90–100 euros. • There is absolutely nothing around the hotel — no restaurants or shopping areas. If you want to leave the hotel, you’ll need to drive about 25 minutes to a nearby village, which also doesn’t have much to do and feels quite old-fashioned. • So, if you’re looking for a vacation that combines city touring, shopping, and restaurants — this is probably not the right place for you. But if you plan to stay in the hotel for the entire vacation, then I would recommend it. • As you might expect, the hotel is new, which naturally affects its operations. For example, check-in and check-out take longer, and even paying at the bar or restaurant can be slow — I wanted to pay for a beer at the bar and had to wait about 10 minutes until they managed to get the system working. • Another sign that the hotel is brand new: we stayed in a building with five rooms that share a pool. Next to the sunbeds, there are garden beds prepared for plants, but at the moment there are no plants yet — just exposed irrigation pipes, which isn’t very pleasant to look at. • Also, one of the five rooms was still unfinished and had construction equipment and dust inside.

The pool and the hotel entrance made a great first impression — they were truly beautiful.

1. The distance and the road to get there were outrageous. 2. There was no private beach and no guidance or information about this. 3. Too many mosquitoes. 4. Unqualified reception staff. 5. The cleaning staff would knock on the door in the evening, and if you were on the balcony and didn’t respond, they would enter the room. 6. The remote control for the air conditioner and the lights belonged to other rooms.

Gutes Frühstück und Abendessen, sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Sehr schönes Ambiente Nette Bar, schöner Blick für den Sonnenuntergang

Man konnte den schlafbereich nicht wirklich abdunkeln, es gab keinen einzigen Handtuchhalter im spa und auch keine seifenspender in der Dusche und eine Uhr im spa wäre auch super. Der Strand ist sehr klein und 5 min zufuss entfernt und unbenutzbar weil voll mit Unmengen Seegras Ich glaube, diese kleinen Makel werden sich einspielen, das Hotel ist noch sehr neu. Ich würde keine swim up suite buchen, da Von überall einsehbar.

Хотелът се намира по средата на нищото и ако си без кола си изолиран, защото хотелът не предлага превоз до близкото населено място или кратки екскурзии. Плажът не е на удобно място и някои от “възрастните”, за които е хотелът, ще имат проблеми , за да стигнат до него. Освен това заради отдалечеността няма бар. Да не говори, че ако има морско вълнение на него не може да се стъпи. Изолацията на хотела предполага , че за гостите е помислена някаква форма на развлечение - музика, игри , лодки и др. Нямаше. Основният ресторант предлага само едно меню и то доскучава. Може да се помисли за тематични вечери.

מלון יושב על צוק עם נוף מדהים למפרץ .ארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד. קפה מצוין. החדרים שהזמנו מרווחים עם גישה ישירה לבריכה. מנקים וממלאים מים וקפסולות קפה פעמיים ביום. חדר כושר פתוח 24/7 חוג יוגה בטבע ללא ילדים. מתאים לזוגות

הבריכה הפנימית והג׳קוזי לא מחוממים

Zelia for adults spełnił nasze oczekiwania w 80%. Piękna architektura, na uboczu (w zasadzie w środku "niczego") ale idealne na chillout. Pokoje bardzo przyjemne, szczególnie te z prywatnym basenem. Exclusive miejsce. Restauracje oferują ciekawe menu. Obsługa bardzo zaangażowana, choć młoda. Eleni w restauracji i Irina w barze - wspaniałe osoby.

Na minus: 1. palenie papierosów bez ograniczeń, bez specjalnie wydzielonych stref. To nie powinno się zdarzyć w hotelu 5 gwiazdek. Smród dymu papierosowego przy śniadaniu, na basenie, do kolacji. NIE. 2. "rezerwacje" lepszych miejsc przy bsenie za pomocą pozostawionych na kilka godzin ręczników! żenada. Naprawdę, to nie powinno mieć miejsca w tej klasie hotelu. 3/ brakowało rozrywek, jeden koncert podczas 5-cio dniowego pobytu trochę mało, a wycieczki w tym miejscu nie są zbyt atrakcyjne. Myślimy, ze fajne było by codziennie jakieś atrakcje wieczorne:)

Izuzetno prijatno iskustvo – toplo preporučujemo! Objekat je nov, moderan i veoma uredan – svaka čast! Poseban gest dobrodošlice bilo je vino koje nas je dočekalo u sobi, što nas je zaista obradovalo. Tokom boravka, imali smo priliku da uživamo u dodatnim sadržajima poput organizovanog gledanja bioskopa i DJ večeri, što je upotpunilo doživljaj. Ručak i večera se služe uz prelep pogled na more – zaista nezaboravno! Osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno i profesionalno. Posebne pohvale za devojku po imenu Eleni, koja je tokom celog boravka bila nasmejana i ljubazna, kao i za konobara srednjih godina koji nas je svako jutro pozdravljao na srpskom jeziku – sitnica koja puno znači. Sve u svemu, odličan hotel za opuštanje i uživanje. Vraćamo se sigurno!

5-7μμ μένεις νηστικός , Ελληνικά δεν υπάρχουν ούτε για δείγμα. Όλα τα μενού κτλ είναι σε ότι γλώσσα μπορείς να φανταστείς πλην των Ελληνικών.

Poziționarea față de mare, peisajul splendid, arhitectura clădirii a fost fascinantă, curățenia exemplară, servicii excelente.
