Very good

The dinner was different every night, there was plenty of choice, even for toddlers. The staff was very polite. The room was very clean, they change the sheets and the towels every day. The girl in the kids corner was very kind and our kid adore her time there.

A lot of the pool tiles are broken, so you can hurt yourself. The rooms need a little renovation.

Perfect place if you want to escape from the crowded beaches and enjoy the beautiful nature!

Great buffet. The food is very delicious, you have a great chef there. Stefanos from the restaurant stuff was especially nice. Thank you for the great vacation.

I just didn't like being conditioned to buy something from the beach bar in order to get the sunbeds and parasol. We would get drinks and food there anyways, but I believe that as hotel guests, we shouldn't be conditioned in order to use the hotel's beach.

I rate the stay 8.0, if the facilities were better it’d be 9-9.5

The location was great, it was clean the staff was polite and helpful. The food was very good. the could be more variation for the breakfast but overall the food was excellent.

The facilities need an upgrade. They are a bit old, the rooms probably have only one socket for charging in the whole room. The shower is so small.

The hotel has three honest stars but in no case five stars!

The hotel has three honest stars, by no means five stars

It has no parking, the furniture is old and shabby, the bathroom is small and everything in it is old, the shower is extremely small and broken, the safe box from the first models on market, with key, the hair dryer burned you after five minutes of use, the small rooms far from claims of five stars, no facilities, etc, This hotel doesn't have fiva stars, possibly only the price.

Very good location, very large and clean room, almost good food, private beach

You have to pay for the drinking water (????). They don’t serve fish ( I mean they don’t have it, in Greece). I asked for two glasses and it was like I asked for a piece of Moon. The personal of the hotel doesn’t make you feel very welcome!!

Paying for sea view without receiving such. Food was cheap all inclusive thing for retired tourists

I have booked a deluxe room with sea view. The room I have received was in a house far faaaar away from the sea and so you cannot see actually the sea (maybe in the corner of the balcony). I have asked the staff that I want to change the room - after all I am paying extra for the sea view. They said that I cannot change. Find photo attached of the sea view I had.

Fantastic!

I stayed at the hotel with my wife for our honeymoon and we were upgraded to a fantastic suite with spectacular views of the bay. Staff were very friendly with us.

Very good

The staff, especially at the front desk, were very helpful welcoming, and professional. The rooms were a comfortable size and very clean. The beach was directly outside, clean and with good amenities. The buffet breakfast and dinner was satisfactory.

I generally don't stay in resorts, so it felt quite crowded to me. It also felt a bit "remote" and the only things to do nearby were similar beach bars. I think this is a matter of personal preference rather than a problem with the property though.

Unfortunately the hotel does not fit the categorization

Location, beach, correct food offer and Hauzmajstor

The rudeness and unprofessionalism of Mrs. Petra from the reception as well as hotel managers who are not up to the job. The fridge did not work for two days, the air conditioning did not work for 5 days. We didn't sleep for 5 nights! And we stayed on vacation for only 7 days .. Mrs. Petra ignored each of our three requests. She claimed to be doing everything even though she was not checking. Refrigerator that heats water, air conditioning that switches to warm air .. As a confirmation of this, Hauzmastor brought us a new refrigerator after 2 days and after the fifth day he brought masters to put on a new air conditioner! The installation of the new air conditioner took 3 hours - without us being offered at least another room or some kind of compensation for all the days of torture! We spent all the time in the room during the installation of the air conditioner- which ended at 22 p.m. The hotel management offered nothing in return, but the audacity and disrespect of a client who had paid for his holiday in advance. I really don't think 5 stars should be awarded to this hotel after such omissions! Possibly 4- or 3+. I believe that is why this hotel is half empty! The chef, the women who clean and the Housemaster are the only bright spots in this facility! Please Booking to make a remark to this Hotel - because we demanded basic conditions for our vacation - more precisely what the Hotel stated to have in its description! I really expect some kind of compensation!

Was nice, would stay again.

Staff is really friendly. There is a kids playground and outside elevator, huge hit with kids. Food was delicious, as well as house wine. Rooms were clean and nice. The ones in the main building are greatly convenient, as they are close to the beach and the small swimming pools. However, they might be noisy during the peak season (we were there at the very beginning). We plan to come again to this place. The hotel is clean and well maintained. It might benefit from some refurbishing/retouches, as the age shows.

The tiles are quite slippery next to children pool. Even though there are signs not to run, children rarely follow it. I have seen many kids falling. But this is easily fixable. Smoking is allowed on room terraces, thus non-smokers need to endure the smoke coming from their neighbors. But that is across Greece, so I’m stating this more as something to set the expectations, not as a critique of the hotel.

Nice hotel with beach.

We booked the room when driving from Thessaloniki. They upgraded our room and let us have the room until 15.00 next day as we just had one night accommodation. We had a half board, so could enjoy dinner until 22.00 o`clock. Hotel stuff weas friendly and helpful.

Not 5 star hotel

A certain level of amenities and comfort is expected from a 5* hotel. The service we received was definitely not 5 star. Starting with the positives, the location is great with pristine clean waters. Breakfast was ok and tasted good, and restaurant staff were friendly. That’s about it on the positives.

Upon arrival, we were “upgraded” on the executive suite (we had booked suite with sea view for 4). There was only one double bed in the room. The other was a sofa. Though the most disturbing thing was the smell in the bathroom. Is smelled like sewage treatment works (I’m a professional engineer working on STW so I knew the smell very well ). Hotel management informed us that things like that “happen sometimes”, and that particular smell is sometimes normal due to the water being drawn from underground. Overall it’s a rather old, poorly maintained hotel which we will not choose for a future stay because it’s way too expensive for what it has to offer.

The food was good and varied. The location was very good. The room was clean.

Most staff were abrupt. But not all. They attempted to have me pay €110 for a taxi that I had already paid for. I would expect a 5* hotel to have their own taxis. No cash machine. Had to pay €10 each way to get to one.

Secret & quiet spot for a true vacation.

Variety of food for dinner course was excellent, staff was great and the pool+bar near the beach combination was perfect for us. The willingness to give me discount(after i asked for) as a consolation for the air-con not working in my room for 4 days(out of 7) was for commendation. Extra pancakes for breakfast was a true treat.

Getting to dinner only to find out there is no free water to drink with, terrible bedding quality and the fact that due to a malfunction in the air-con system the room was boiling hot at some nights. Breakfast quality could be improved. Eggs in all ways were not tasty.

Чудове місце.

Сніданки та вечеря Супер. розташування прекрасне. море чисте та тепле. чудова територія. сподобалась верхня територія готелю. на неї можна піднятися на ексклюзивному ліфті. Ліфт на рельсах це дуже прикольно)))

Хотілося щоб в таого рівня готолі було достатньо питної води. 2 пляшки по 0,5 і все.

Sauberkeit und große Auswahl an Essen. Die Anzahl an Essensoptionen ist aber zu groß. Besser wäre es in bessere Qualität der Lebensmittel und Rezepte zu investieren, statt bloß in sehr viele Essensoptionen.

Im Zimmer waren die Griffe von einer Schublade und von der Duschkabine kaputt, bzw. nicht vorhanden. Die Tür zum Badezimmer schließt nicht dicht ab und Privatsphäre ist somit wenig bis gar nicht gegeben!
