Breakfast, breakfast area, noice isolation of the rooms, staff on the reception asked me at checkout that “can be bring the control of the Tv and ac back to reception”. First time in my life I heart such a ask from a hotel:)

Didn't meet half of our expectations

The pool was clean and 2 of the staff members were really kind, specially the blonde girl and the young boy.

The bed was BAD, like really BAD, back was hurting since the first night. The main room shown in picutres was catfish, we saw the room in the hotel and was used only by staff, other rooms were pretty different than the photos. Also, the breakfast did not include variety of choices and was not that tasty.

Bad experience

The pool cannot be used after 8:00 PM which is very bad. The wifi was terrible. The breakfast was very minimal. I book a hotel with a pool because I want to use it in the evening, but here it is not possible, they did not even clean the room 2 days before departure. They also change towels and bed linen every 3 days which is unthinkable in the summer.

The network was terrible, towels were only changed every third day, the breakfast was very poor with very little selection. The staff were relatively arrogant. There was also frequent egg-throwing by teenagers/others into the hotel.

10 days of rest were ruined. The hotel withheld from us 600 euros and evicted 6 days early.

The problem occurred due to the so-called "Double booking". The hotel took 2 payments of 50% from me and 3 weeks later they accused me of a booking error. At the same time, 2 x 50% of the payment was charged from the card for the same type of accommodation, for one Last Name, First Name, from one VISA card. Managers and the director of the hotel refused to meet in person for 3 weeks. Booking.com declined to accept culpability for this issue, citing the hotel. Booking hotel. Most likely I will never come to this hotel again and will try not to use booking.com

The unwillingness of the hotel management to solve the problems of their visitors. Absence during working hours of the manager and manager of the hotel. The unwillingness of the director and hotel manager to personally meet with the client, for 3 weeks. Lack of knowledge of English by the hotel staff, which in turn made it impossible to communicate on the phone. Only 20-year-old girls work at the hotel reception, who cannot decide anything on their own. Staying at the hotel from the first day was spoiled by the hotel management. They don't make concessions.

Aircon works if one stays at the room (hotel staff is not in favour of giving more cards per room, guests are not allowed to leave the cards in the electric slot). They give one big towel per person and I had to ask for more towels and bedsheets (they have to assume more linen acc. to number of people!) Breakfast was poor and very basic. The swimming pool had no shade at all and was inconvenient and useless basically. Poor water pressure in the bathrooms.

just good, not value for money for sure!

the hotel is very quite and near to the center. the staff is very polite and friendly. they have greek "mpougatsa" for breakfast, that was really yummie!

Dirty room: the room was dirty when we just arrive, with a lot of hair and cut nails. when we complain they fix it but next days they didnt clean the toilet and there is a lot of dirt under the beds. Also the room was too sunny for summer days and all the balconies didnt have any tents neither sunscreens. There are not any windows screens for the mosquitos!

The location was fine, somewhat close to the nearby beaches.

Late breakfast (at 9:00 am), if you are an early bird, you should wait for your breakfast for 2 hours at least; awful coffee; same food for 10 days; cleaning of rooms every 3rd day; kids can not run on the grass; the pool closes at 8:00 pm; you can not bring your own food or drinks around the pool; all in all many restrictions, too few of a liberties, which made us feel that we were there to please the owner.

Very nice place, but needs improvment

The breakfast is a standard Mediterranean one. We didnt have high expectations for the breakfast. The location for us was perfect, not on the beach but 7' walk takes you to a very nice beach and 5' walk you are at the center of the village. The pool is amazing, clean, a quite spot and so relaxing to have some morning or afternoons spent there.

However, the place where the breakfast is served needs to be improved. Having tables outside with NO proper shades is impossible to enjoy any coffee or food in the mornings. Inside there was hardly a place to sit and outside was too hot to stay. Other remark i have for the Hotel is in regard to COVID....NONE of the guests are reminded to put on masks when taking the food, so you have bunch of crowd in a small place serving food and NOT wearing masks. I found that really disturbing specially when in Fourka everyday the cases of COVID were rising. I came to this structure because it was known for how clean it was. However with COVID a strange rule they put to have the rooms cleaned every 3 day. And whenever i asked to have it clean before it was always a struggle. Another point were the towels....we are family of four and they kept giving us 2 bug and 2 small towels so whenever i asked for 4 big ones they were writing a note as if we demand something unrealistic. The kitchenette is very useful but not so clean and equipped. The owner of the HOTEL seems very dedicated and is maintaining it with lot of cure, but often he comes off angry and dismissive. So his staff seems as if they are super afraid and whenever you ask them something they right away say no or are not as hospitable as they could be. Tip for future guests, check in is at 2 if you happen to arrive 1:45 the receptionist is not willing even to start receiving your documents before 2pm.

Nice place

The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful location, close to the main street and restaurants.Rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed every three days, but this noted in a prominent place. There are large and comfortable balconies with table and chairs. The kitchenette has everything you need, there is a refrigerator and air conditioning. There is a nice pool, but it is deep for people who are not swimming 1.90m. Well-designed garden and surrounding areas. Friendly and helpful staff. There is free parking at the hotel.

The beds are narrow and not very comfortable, the air conditioning is not working well and it is placed in the wrong place. Wi-Fi is no better. Breakfast is very late from 9 to 11 o'clock.

Genel anlamda tatmin edici bir konaklama

Otel ve odalar oldukça yeni ve modern olarak dizayn edilmişti. Havuz imkanı ve plaja yürüme mesafesinde olması büyük avantaj. Otelin civarında yeterince alan olduğu için araç park yeri sorun olmuyor.

Banyolar çok küçük dizayn edilmiş, hareket alanı az. Balkonlar arası kolay geçiş imkanı güvenlik açığı oluşturabilir. Ayrıca resepsiyon personelinin booking ödemesine rağmen oda başına gecelik 2 € goverment tax istemesi ve bunu tatil boyunca hatırlatması biraz can sıkıcı idi. Kahvaltı alanı dar tasarlandığından, sıkışık düzende tabakları doldurmak gerekiyor.
