Restaurant real dirty hotel room not clean shower was broken food was serve what ever they had left over from breakfast they use the same food for lunch and dinner with adding little extra that property is not worth $100.00 per night and they are expensive as hall

A nice hotel in the area

Very nice and helpful staff, the room was big and comfortable. The food was fine mostly. Nice pool and the sky bar. Many shops and restaurants in the area.

The beach in front of the hotel was quite small and the beach loungers were uncomfortable (however free). Found a nicer beach 10 minutes away from the hotel. Didn't have any major problem with the hotel, it just didn't feel like a 5 star hotel, more like 4 star.

Family hotel, not recommended for couples. Not so spacious for all the guests

- Food variety, really tasty - The beach is across the street - quiet place - sky bar view

- the beach is not just like other Beaches in Halkidiki - under staffed, and you could see it - spa/fitness were closed - felt like a normal non inclusive 3star hotel - included drinks were avarage - small pool, so always over crowded - lack of an adults pool

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel! The room is very nice and clean. We appreciated the Sky bar, the view is stunning, especially during sunset and the barman was charming. We will not hesitate to come back!

It would be nice if the swimming pool was open for more hours in the evening.

The hotel is great for families with kids. It is very convenient with a private beach and pool. The staff at the hotel is really helpful and every request we made was fulfilled. The food was delicious.

The staff and weather was excellent , nice hotel room and they upgraded us free of charge :)

I tried to work on my laptop and connect to teams calls, the internet was poor and made my work so frustrating , it impacted our holiday as I couldnt work efficiently.

Kids food menu was poor.( missing favorite kid food pancakes,waffles) They use too much pork meat, in general food is 8 Beach too croudly, not big in proporcion with capacity of hotel and not maintain proper way.

Ants in a apartment. Torn towels Water isnt included in all inclusive menu (only glass) Pool with cold water. Extremly dirty beach. Food shortage during meals. Poor quality of snacks between meals. It is quality od 2 star hotels Never again.

i travel lot,its my first time i write reviews,i must do this the hotel was very very bad, until now i spend more than 2000 night sleeping in hotels in this hotel was my bad night i arrive on 14:25,check in was in 15:28 shame to them also very Shame the foods are disaster,you must wake up early if you wont to eat something if you delay you can find only eggs same and for lunch and dinner you have only one kind of meet, never you can not get fish food they don’t serve i spend lots money eating nears private restaurants near to hotels so get money with you if you wont to eat good food no body cares for you i don’t now really how they get stars for hotel its more like motel than hotel the only positive person was man in rooftops bar he deserve stars please who plans to be guest on this hotel please read reviews and check around there lots of private apartments This hotel deserves to take of name hotel i will put name Motel

A really nice holiday location if you don’t want to worry about finding food and drink.

The room was clean, roomy, well appointed, and maintained daily. The pool and pool deck were very nice. The bars were great and the service was wonderful.

The beach was small and crowded. The snacks at the pool deck were lacking.

We all were satisfied

We have all including. We had our cars so we could travelling and return easily. There is a swimming pool in the hotel ,and the sea is 3 metres away. We could drink in the bar whatever we ask…

The Cleanliness was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The food choices and variety is minimal, often it happens there are no plates or coffee cups available. The view on the side is horrendous looking at a junkyard. Not sure how this was awarded the 5 stars for a Hotel.

We really enjoyed in Elinotel Sermilia Resort. Wonderful staff(Ivona and Daniela was amazing, always smiling but all staff was excellent with positive energy and helpful). Clean resort in every step inside and outside. Wonderful and classy guests.

no parking, there is not enough food and its low quality , not enough space on the beach, not enough space in the dining room, must cross the streat for beach, drinks are bad quality.

it was very clean, rooms are wide and cosy, the staff - polite

The food - awful, no sea food, everyday same food, they used the food from the night or lunch to make dinner or breakfast. The last day there even hadn’t chocolate for the pancakes. The swimming pool is too small for that hotel. The beach - you must cross the road to go to the beach. The beach is small and with ugly sand. The hotel hasn’t any animation program for the kids! Or for adults!
