wondrful beach vacation

Falena is a wonderful small family hotel allows a great vacation focused on swimming in the wonderful beach just accross the road. there is also a great restaurant across the road , allows you to enjoy beautiful vacatoin with minimal logistics and travel . the environment in the hotel is most welcoming and very helpful like a family hosting. They address any request such as arranging boat rental , transportation and recommendations. Another advantage is that Kalives is not so croudy as it is in other places in the area of north Halkidiki

Expensive for what they offer. Not worth the money I paid for just a room and breakfast. There was no electricity during my 3 day stay. It happened constantly even after they said they would fix it. They could lower the price and get a electricity generator maybe!!

combination of comfort, style, and convenience

The location is perfect — you’re literally right between the two peninsulas of Chalkidiki, which makes it an ideal base to explore both Kassandra and Sithonia. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and well-designed, with quality furniture and amenities. We really appreciated the integrated A/C unit — it’s silent and unobtrusive, which makes a big difference. The staff were genuinely helpful and welcoming, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Another great perk is that the property has its own sunbeds and umbrellas, so you can easily relax without having to venture far.

An impressively, clean, comfortable and welcoming place.

A very clean, modern little boutique hotel. It seems like it has been designed thoughtfully and managed by people who care. From the very friendly staff, to the fresh breakfasts, to the little details in the rooms, this is a very comfortable place to stay.

There isn't anything to dislike. If looking for something, then a little upgrade to the parking area would be a boost, but this is a minor detail.

Hotelul este nou, camerele, restaurantul și grădina/ terasa sunt amenajate cu bun gust, cu atenție la detalii. Camera este spațioasă, curată, lenjeria și prosoapele de calitate, la fel și produsele de igienă. Iluminatul camerei este adecvat, aerul condiționat foarte eficient, balconul este amenajat cu masă, scaune și un suport pentru uscat rufe, foarte utile. Micul dejun foarte bun, cu produse proaspete, unele fiind făcute chiar de către gazdă. Gazdele sunt foarte primitoare și interesate ca oaspeții să se simtă bine. Plajă este la distanță de 2 minute de mers pe jos, intr-o zonă liniștită

Çok temiz, konumu güzel, otopark sıkıntısı olmayan, sahilde şezlong ve şemsiyesi bulunan, çalışanları güler yüzlü, denizi güzel fiyatına göre uygun huzurlu bir ortam. Odada sineklik ve süper çalışan klimalar da mevcut.

Kahvaltı biraz daha geliştirilebilir.

Hotel nou cu confort remarcabil . Gazda foarte primitoare , facilități ok , nu am nimic de reproșat.Are si plaja privata cu umbrele si sezlonguri .

Micul dejun ar putea fi putin mai diversificat . Dar avand in vedere faptul ca este o locatie noua si vor sa mai extinda ,implicit si bucataria , este ok !

Kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Es war nahezu alles perfekt! Das Personal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend, es war sehr sauber, gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Das Hotel ist sehr neu, alles ist auf dem aktuellsten Stand (Notfallknöpfe, Lichter). Was uns sehr positiv aufgefallen ist, dass ein kleines blaues Bewegungslicht über der Tür verbaut war, das anging, sobald man nachts auf Toilette wollte. Das war perfekt und bisher einzigartig in den Hotels, die wir so kennen.

Es gab kaum Kritikpunkte. Lediglich das Frühstück war sehr schmal aufgestellt, es gab sehr wenig Auswahl. Die Lage an sich ist super, das Hotel befindet sich in zweiter Strandlage, allerdings sind die umliegenden Gebäude sehr heruntergekommen und man hört abends die Ablüftungsanlage des Restaurants gegenüber. Wir sind immer nach Nea Moudania an den Strand gefahren, dort fanden wir es wesentlicher schöner, was das Meer anging. Auf der Terasse und am Eingang des Zimmers brennen abends (ungewollt) immer Lichter, das zieht Instekten an und stört auch zum Teil in der Nacht.

O experiența frumoasă!

10 din 10. Totul la superlativ. Locație nouă, modernă si foarte curată. Ne-a surprins plăcut atenția la detalii. Produsele gratuite de calitate și gândite să nu-ți lipsească nimic. Curățenie în fiecare zi , inclusiv schimbarea prosoapelor. Gazde minunate, mereu cu zâmbetul pe buze, în fiecare zi ne lăsau o surpriză delicioasă. Parcare privată în spatele proprietății, iar în față, la 50 de pași ,se întinde plaja Kalives cu un nisip fin și o apă minunată. Tot aici se află și un restaurant cu un bogat sortiment de mâncăruri Am rămas încântați, recomandăm cu încredere ❤️

מלון חדש נקי יפה ומטופח.דקה מחוף הים.ישנם מספר מסעדות במרחק הליכה וסופר מרקט במרחק 2 דקות נסיעה.לנה האחראית אישה מאוד חמודה שקשובה לבקשות האורחים במלון.אנחנו מאוד אהבנו.
