Great, a place to think for the next holiday

Very quiet, many opportunities (pool, kids pool, good beach, bars, activities, etc), kids friendly, good half boarding, Impressive and well maintained vegetation, friendly staff

The schedule of asian restaurant may be improved, for lunch may be an alternative. Few more options in mediterranean restaurant’ menu would be great

The staff makes this hotel a 5* one

The rooms were clean all the time and the cleaning ladies asked us all the time if we need anything. The staff were extremely nice and helpful especially Despina and Vaggelis which made the restaurant experience and our overall stay very pleasant. There was an incident at 5 am where some british people were slamming doors and yelling near our door ( room 356 ) and woke up our baby, but i called the reception and they handled the issue. in the morning they asked us if there were anymore problems and appologized even though it was not their fault. Thank you so much!

The hotel is quite old and this shows, even though it was very clean the furniture is a bit outdated and one of the rooms had repaired ceilings/walls ( room 334 ). The food is unfortunately mediocre for the half board and the most disappointing thing was the tzatziki. since it is a greek product i expected it to be amazing.

A Good resort for the low price

The hotel staff and especially Despina Kaliva gave us excellent service and did everything to make our stay at the hotel as pleasant as possible. The resort itself includes all the necessary components: a private beach, pools, SPA, veracity of restaurants and the suite we stayed in, was very spacious, with 2 balconies overlooking the sea.

The hotel is outdated in the equipment that was in the suite, such as the air conditioning and the televisions. We took half board and although there were large amounts of food, the selection was smaller than expected from a 5-star hotel.

A place to definitely visit!

Everything was perfect! Food was great, especially all delicacies at the Asian-Peruvian Restaurant! Definately gonna miss this place! Animation activities were great too! The staff is super friendly and helpful, many thanks to Despina and Stratos!

A wonderful location

The food was very good and varied. We got a bottle of water in the room every day for each person. Very beautiful and well-kept garden. Many outdoor or indoor activities (Pilates, aqua gym, sauna). A gorgeous pool. Long and clean beach with very comfortable sunbeds. The hotel provides beach towels!

Large facility, comfortable and beautiful beach and pool area.

We liked the position of the hotel, the premises and gardens are very well kept; there is a big pool, as well as a private beach, all very well kept. Service at the pool and at the beaches works well, there was staff going around all the time asking if we wanted to order something. Huge breakfast buffet, with everything you could immagine, from pancakes to scrumbled eggs, french pastries, muesli, cakes ... everything. Same goes for the evening buffet, a selection of Greek dishes plus international cuisine. A very good wine list, we really enjoyed our stay when it came to eating, also because the staff at the main restaurant was always very quick and friendly.

The hotel is 5-star; that goes perhaps more for the gardens, the pool and the food. When it came to our room (3rd floor): furniture seemed rather from the 90s, and the room was small for our taste. We found the bathroom near to unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. Everything was clean, that was not the problem: but it seemed old, from 30 yrs. ago. Room cleaning was very slow, sometimes we had to go to the reception at around 3pm to ask the room be made. General advice to whom this hotel might be suited: families with children. If you're looking for a romantic couple relax hotel, don't bother with this one. There were mostly ill-educated children everywhere, sorry folks!. The pool is so large you could actually swim, if you only could. But you can't because all the children are in the pool, and not at the nearby childrens' pool. So the pool area was actually loud and crowded, forget about taking a nap or reading a book. Some food at the buffet got so utterly destroyed by children (not guided by their parents) that you did not want to take from it. Dinner time: dinner stops at 9.30pm. Coming from a Mediterranean country (Italy), this was rather early for us as our normal dinner time would be around 9/9.30pm. - From our point of view, we suggest to extend at leat to 10pm.

Everything is just perfect for a relaxing holiday. Awesome food, perfect beach, great facilities with a relaxing atmosphere, and a lot of green scenery around. Live jazz music at the beach was a great surprise :)

The staff was super nice and helpful. Food was very good. One night when the children wanted something different the chef prepared for them a special meal. So nice and accommodating!

relaxing by the beach

The grounds (outside) are extremely well kept. One of the a la carte restaurants served great food, (Fiki Fiki) the other just average.

in light of some reviews I read here I just want to say - this isn’t a 5 star hotel. Nor I was expecting it to be. rooms are just average really. beds are really bad (like really bad) and so are the room showers. staff looked constantly overwhelmed,perhaps training is required. gym area was poor. there’s a lot of good things going for the hotel but for sure room for improvement.

Good facilities and beautiful beach. Too "family" oriented, not enough focus on "couples experience"

1. Service. All the stuff is well prepared and ready to help. Big highlight to Despina, the Customers Relations Manager of the Hotel that is always keen to help with prompt, quick and efficient solutions to your problems. 2. Breakfast and Food. The quality is very high, usually I'm not a fan of buffet but in this case I was positively surprised by the variety and the freshness of the food. 3. Gym & Spa. It is always nice to find these kind of facilities already included in the price and easily accessible. 4. Beach. A blue flag is there to remind you about the quality and the cleanliness of the water. Swimming and chilling on the beach It's definitely the best experience in the Resort

1. The inner pool inside the Spa area is opened for adults but also for kids and families. Not the best experience considered that usually Spa's are quiet and chilled areas. 2. An additional pool for "Couples/adults only" is needed. I understand that the main customers target of the hotel are families with kids but, having a dedicated area just for adults, I think It would definitely help Kassandra Palace to broaden and please a wider customer base 3.Timings. Maybe it would be helpful to expand the timing to access to the external pool. The current one, from 10.15 to 18.15, it's maybe too short considering that the sunset it's never before 7.30pm in summer 4. Slighlty increase the service at the beach. Having a dedicated person to clean and tidy the beds and the spaces could help to increase the quality of the beach

Amazing holiday!

We stayed in Kassandra Palace for a second time and we really enjoyed our stay there. There are upgrades every year and the staff is very friendly. Thanks to Despina for all help during our stay. We highly recommend this hotel

Good for a Budget Holiday but it looks better than it is online.

The property was beautiful and spacious . easy access to the beach. beach was nice also , clean and comfortable.

staff were very unaccommodating. Too many kids which as lovely as they are means the beach time is not very relaxing. beach cocktails terrible. rooms are dated even though they say hotel is newly refurbished. beds uncomfortable .
