A charming stone house with a lovely garden, well-equipped room, and a perfect quiet location :)

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa la Bohema. The house is traditional and made of stone, giving you an authentic Greek experience. The room was lovely, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. What’s more, we loved the garden. The hostel is perfectly located in the city center, yet in a quiet area. We strongly recommend it and we hope to come back one day :) Greetings from Poland!

Casa La Bohema is one gem in the heart of Afitos. Clean room and unique atmosphere. The stone house will meet all your needs. Last, but not least-super host with an easy going communication!

Cozy Casa

The room was cozy and bright. I loved the building and the garden. Even though we had some problems with check-in (our own mistake), the owner was very kind and had someone to let us in a short notice.

Only minus was the noice (mainly music) in the evening/night from the town, but otherwise the location was calm and safe.

Lovely stone house in the center

We had a very nice stay in Casa La Bohema. I really liked the old stone house feeling which is typical for the town. The garden is really nice decorated with a lot of places to sit and relax. The location is also perfect just a few meters from the old town and close to the beach. For parking I would recommend the street going down to the beach (around Arellis Hotel) its wide and we always found a parking there and just 2min walk to the place (use stairs). The 3-Bedroom was big and nice, located on the upper floor with a narrow staircase. We got a free upgrade as the couch is not suitable for an adult to sleep on (too short). Wifi connection first did not work in the room due to the stone walls, but we got another code which worked fine. Communication with the host was very good as well. I highly recommend the place!

I was really happy with everything—cozy place, great people, and I definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Afitos.

The stay was absolutely wonderful. The property had a charming and cozy vibe, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff and owners were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit.

There was nothing I disliked — everything met or exceeded expectations.

Relaxing stay in the heart of Afytos: Recommended!

Everything was perfect! The room was really elegant, spacious, and extremely clean (including bed sheets and towels). The whole structure, including rooms (and bathrooms), is renovated. The garden is so beautiful to pass a relaxing time! Coffee, water and beers are offered as a 'welcome' in the room. Ivana, the owner, is also very helpful and kind. Pets are accepted and truly welcome!

Only as a minor comment: An additional towel hanger in the bathroom and a shelf in the shower for the shampoo bottles could be really helpful.

Wonderful

We only stayed for one night, but wished it could have been longer. We had an amazing time, the room is very clean and nicely decorated, exactly as the photos show. Location is great, easy to walk to the beach and town. Loved the laid back atmosphere. Thank you for accommodating a last minute booking too - it was such a relief to arrive here after some other plans had gone wrong!

Overall was very nice, the communication with the owner was easy and we enjoyed our stay

The old building was very well preserved and had a lot of charm. The garden was really nice and well maintained. The atmosphere was nice and calm. I enjoyed my stay overall.

The shower was not cleaned well and there was no shower hanger so we had to hold it while shower. Also the fridge was really noise, I think it might need a fix.

For me it was the yard first, but the rooms and the ambient are beyond any words also. The place is very close both to the center and to the beach. As well I have only the kindest words for the host Ivana!

Nice beautiful house small room clean in good location.

The house is an old building from 1898 which looks nice for sure but it was the disadvantage of an old building.

It didn’t felt very hospitable we found the keys on a table we left the keys on the same table. We have seen the manager of the property once because the weather was really bad and the electricity was failing. That’s not a problem that can happen and people couldn’t do anything about it there was a huge storm hitting Greece. Yet it didn’t felt right not seen anyone for 6 days.

Excelent stay in Afytos

Very comfortable room, really relaxing garden, well equiped with functioning AC. The location is great, very close to the center, but far enough so its very quiet. Also the beach was a 10 min walk down, and like 12 min up. The host was very friendly to answer any questions we had.

We were at the first floor and some noise coule be heard from the other guests, but this was expected since the interior is mostly woden, nothing problematic.

Amazing stay!

Great great great!! The location is the best you can get but at the same time quiet in the night, far enough from the restaurants and the noisy streets. The style of the house as a whole is super cosy and furnished with good taste. The beds are comfortable, the room even if we had the smallest one of the property is still bit enough to make your stay good. There is a fridge, a desk and plenty of hangers to use. On top of that, Ivanna, the host is the warmest person making you feel like you belong there. There is a generous garden with several tables and chairs which you can use for hanging out any time. Once again everything is well thought, boho style I would say. We will definitely come back to Afitos and book the same accommodation. You cannot go wrong.

Not positive experience

The room was pretty new furnished with very comfortable bed. The garden is nice. The location is very good.

It was extremely noisy and we couldn't sleep all the three nights. The walls between the rooms are obviously so thin that we could hear the other guest speech. There is no dedicated parking area and it's almost impossible to find a place to park nearby. It wasn't good enough for the price we paid.

Really nice place, lovely interior and amazing garden. I love the balcony. The hosts are friendly and willing to help. 2 mins walking from resturants.

Nice Location, Quaint Venue, totally uncomfortable.

The staff was amazing, very helpful. The location is also great - right in the middle of Afytos close to the POI. Parking was also available.

The room was extremely small for 2 persons. Some basic amenities were missing: nowhere to hang towel, no toilet paper holder. Noises coming from room above + stairs was very annoying to. But the worst thing by far was the bed and pillows - extremely cheap and uncomfortable. The mattress was worn out, the pillows almost flat, and the sheets weren't the size of the bed.

It was amazing

The location is perfect. Its a nice, charming warm rustic house. The staff at Casa La bohema are very friendly and are always there to help you if you need anything! Great service! (also the air conditioning was a plus!)

The house is a bit noisy. We slept in room number 1, that is located under two other rooms. You can hear quite a lot from other guests, so if you dont like noisy places then maybe Casa La Bohema is not for you.
