Villetta indipendente situata poco fuori l'abitato di Nocera Umbra, leggermente in collina. Ha una bellissima veranda da cui si gode la vista sulla piana sottostante e dove si può fare colazione e rilassarsi. Maurizio, l'host, gentilissimo, simpatico e disponibile. Tutto pulitissimo e ben tenuto.

Bel complesso di casette comode e confortevoli con accesso individuale, in un contesto silenzioso e tranquillo, lungo la strada per il Monte Alago. L'ideale per rilassarsi durante il cammino Italia Coast to Coast. Posizionato ad un paio di km dal paese di Nocera Umbra, che è raggiungibile con una piacevole passeggiata a piedi. Ci hanno accolto con grande simpatia e gentilezza. Ci torneremo sicuramente in futuro.

Maurizio fue muy amable y muy simpático. El piso tiene todo lo que se necesita para la estancia. Cocina equipada. Vista muy bonita y sitio tranquilo.
La dueña tardó muchas horas en contestar. Por suerte, fuimos al piso y estaba Maurizio para ayudarnos. Está a un km y medio del centro, en una colinita. Si no viajas con coche hay que tenerlo en cuenta, pero el sitio es muy bonito.
