About this apartment rental
We are in the greenest and most genuine Umbria, near Assisi, in a small village called Mosciano where time seems to have stopped.
The location is very scenic, with a breathtaking sunset and the town is that of Nocera Umbra: "city of water", recently certified as a "European Oasis" and with a very characteristic medieval old town.
The location is strategic to visit the major cultural, historical and religious centers of the region; Assisi, Gubbio, Spello, Montefalco, Bevagna, Spoleto are practically equidistant.
We are also just a few kilometers from the fascinating Colfiorito Park, ideal for excursions on foot or by bike and in Rasiglia "the Venice of Umbria"
The structure was built after 97 'respecting the highest anti-seismic standards.
Apartment consists of:
-a large double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom where you can add a single bed or a cot.
-from a room with an external bathroom equipped with two single beds or one double bed
-a large living room / kitchen with a large sofa bed.
- from a laundry.
The bathrooms are equipped with extra-large showers (see photo)
The entrance is on the ground floor and independent from our beloved "B & B Alba dei due Soli".
Families and animals (polite) are welcome and the green area is very large and equipped with barbecue and garden chairs.
The decorations are taken from the Archaeological Museum of Colfiorito, referring to a Roman Villa of the ancient city of Plestia.

The house is really welcoming and practical. The village is very quite and surrounded with wonderful views of nature. Stefano is a great person and he made us feel at home. We will surely come back.

We stayed, 2 couples, for a week in Stefano's guest apartment in the village of Mosciano.
The apartment is on the ground floor of an antique stone building and has a very large and well equipped kitchen, a bedroom with en suite bathroom, a second bedroom and an additional bathroom. All rooms are spacious and comfortable. Outside is a garden with lawn and breathtaking views.
We enjoyed excellent weather and lots of rural peace and quiet.
Stefano welcomed us warmly and helped us a lot with all the questions we had.
We had a great week and we already miss the place!

We stayed at Stefano’s property for just over 2 weeks and missed it immediately upon leaving. It is one of the most beautiful locations I’ve ever stayed in. The view (just stunning), the quietness of the area (no traffic sounds at all, except for a car here and there), and darkness at night provided the perfect bit of peace that we were looking for. We cooked in the well appointed kitchen, sat around the fire playing cards at night with a delicious bottle of local wine, and explored the surrounding area during the day. Stefano was a wonderful host and provided many ideas of places to visit and things to see. We hope to be back again! Thank you Stefano for such a wonderful stay!

We greatly enjoyed our stay, house is tidy and well placed. Our son and dog loved the yard and fireplace was cozy after a day in nature. Great host too, appreciated the nice touches like tea and apples.
