Excellent cottage in a stunning and peaceful location.

Superb location right by the Loch. Very well equipped. Very comfortable beds. Off street parking. Decent WiFi. 2 minute walk from an excellent pub full of character. Good power showers. Utility room to dry off very wet walking gear.

A very minor comment would be there was no washing powder to use in the washing machine. As we are keen walkers and the weather was very changeable we needed to wash our stuff regularly. Finding the accommodation in the dark is a slight challenge. If you use Sat Nav it tries to take you to a property 20 yards away and the numbers on the cottages are not immediately obvious. Better to provide a written description that it is the final cottage in a long row of cottages in the village just before you reach the National speed limit sign.

Brilliant Cottage & beautiful views

Cottage was in a brilliant position over looking Loch Long, with beautiful views & ample parking. Very clean & contemporary with plenty of space for family of 5. Beds were comfortable. Easy access to the Loch with kayak.

Patio area is in full sun all afternoon & evening, which is fabulous but without any means of shade. I asked owners if there was a parasol but there wasn't as due to a previous rental the parasol hadn't been put away & ended up in the road, so for safety reasons they don't now have one for use at the cottage, which is understandable.This is only thing we missed, otherwise the cottage is very well equipped !

Fabulous views, lots of nature all arround. Great walking paths, easy access to major roads, friendly people everywhere.

The property is in an excellent location with stunning views whatever the weather. It’s comfortable and homely.

We didn’t ever quite manage to get enough hot water for a bath. The shower was no issue and I suspect we weren’t using the boost button at the right time.

A lovely area with super walks and countryside. The house was lovely.

The house was very nice, with everything you could need for a week's stay. Lovely to be left coffee, tea and biscuits! Thank-you.

Just that the sofa-bed in the lounge was very hard and uncomfortable when used as a sofa! More local information and maps would have been useful. We would have appreciated a new cleaning cloth and brush in the kitchen, just costs pence, but in COVID times using the previous occupier's one wasn't good! And the kitchen sink was dirty.
