The apartment was very spacious and well furnished.

We had no hot water for 3 days. No response from host. Also asked question upon arrival of the host. No response.

Great location and quiet

Was pretty cold and required separate heaters to be plugged in for heat. Bathroom floor was very cold

Stunning property, we really enjoyed our stay. All provided facilities were in a great working order and indeed very useful, thank you!

Hopefully the signs of mold in the bathroom will get managed, it would be such a shame to let it get severe in such a lovely place.

It was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The shower pressure was excellent. There was adequate cooking supplies. The location was lovely and very peaceful.

There was no central heating. The first night we were very cold even though we used the electric heaters provided, only one of them was decent. I messaged the number provided and asked if there was a thermostat - the response was that there was heaters but they would go into the property to look into it. We were out for most of the afternoon and when we came back the heaters had been plugged in and left unattended with our belongings in the house. Whilst this may not be an issue for some, this made us feel quite uncomfortable as we are quite fire safety conscious. As only one of the heaters was decent we had to move it between rooms which was annoying. There was also a bit of a musty smell to the apartment. We would like a partial refund as the place was advertised with central heating at time of booking.
