Fantastic, would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great location and loved that parking was included. The size of the apartment was perfect. The bathroom was the showstopper, and it was lovely being able to soak in the bath after a long day of walking and exploring. For being so central, it was still lovely and quiet at nighttime.

Really lovely place in the heart of Portree

Location was great in the middle of Portree. Great to have free parking out the back. Nice and clean room with plenty of space and really comfy bed. Bathroom facilities are fantastic, deep bath, sunflower shower and two sinks. Great to have some oat milk in the fridge too, nice touch! Great place to spend a few days.

If you pack like my girlfriend does coming from the USA then be prepared for a workout carrying cases from the car to the building as there is a long path down the steep garden! It's above a restaurant with pub next door which I could imagine in summer and nice days will be a lot louder but isn't a massive issue just nice to know.

Very convenient location and well set up. Enjoyed our stay. No one on site for questions about how to get the key back in the lockbox, but got a quick response to my email.

Some things may be obvious to other travelers but weren't intuitive for us (like how to close the bathroom shade) Since no one to ask on site, would benefit from more complete instructions in the instructions left in the room., We had no trouble with the stairs (43 of them), but might be an issue for some.

Well-equipped for a 6-night stay.

The unit is difficult to access as it requires a long, steep walk from the main square then a long walk down to the front door followed by a walk up the stairs to the second floor. The long path down from York Street is primarily rough gravel over which is very difficult to roll luggage.

Beautiful flat; perfect location

The room was beautiful and comfortable. We didn’t use the kitchen except for coffee and loved having options of both regular milk and oately. Everything was clean and when I ran into a minor issue with the WiFi, the owners were immediately responsive and resolved it.

The matter with the stairs getting to the house is an issue if you have luggage. While the owner does refer to it in the description, I feel that it isn’t properly understood. Were the path paved, the stairs would be less of a concern, but wheels don’t roll on gravel. So, the whole path to the house and then the flight up is an issue for those who can’t lift their luggage. If you can - the apartment is then fantastic.

Loved the interior of the property. Very new and clean and well appointed. Great location, too. Also appreciated the picnic tables available in back yard.

Getting our luggage up & down steep hill and up & down stairs! If our husbands were not with us we could not have been able to manage our luggage. This is a dealbreaker for some travelers.

Stylish stay in Portree

Super convenient location right next to Somerled Square in Portree - within walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars. Super clean and stylish room and large bathroom with comfy two-person sofa and smart TV. Kitchenette containing fridge, microwave, coffee- and tea-making facilities - very useful.

The room got quite warm because it was the peak of summer and the windows face the sun all day. Windows can be opened and the room cooled down in the evening but I'd suggest a fan in the room would be useful. It's also worth noting that the room overlooks Somerled Square so expect some noise from vehicles and people, as well as music from the bars across the square.

I didn't like the steep steps to the private car park, only because of a foot injury, seniors or anyone with a disability should not stay there as this is the ony way out

Access is a challenge, esp if raining while climbing 4 or so long flights of stairs with gravel, lugging suitcases. For a large unit, the kitchenette is very small.

The description should include the 30+ outdoor steps to reach the property, which makes accessibility challenging unless you’re younger and fit. The door is actually one street up from the square and involves a short but steep hill. Unsecured WiFi network also concerning.

5 star property, very spacious, owner has given a lot of thought for every element. From designer pillow covers to high class/ expensive toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, clean tub with automatic windows. Everything was seamless. Its very well designed, all the light fixtures, handles are all luxurious brass material gives a 5 star hotel theme. It was very clean , this won’t regret you.Overall love it, this is one of best hotels experience for me so far with that price point, kudos to the owner, thank you

One thing i would suggest the owner to maybe have signs to reach the property, if you are reaching at night time, it can be little tricky specially if its snowing.

Suite fantastica, con tanto arredamento ricercato e non banale. Bagno con doccia e vasca super, spazioso e facilmente riscattabile. Letto comodissimo. Le finestre si affacciano sulla piazza, vista molto carina, di conseguenza posizione top con un pub sotto casa fantastico per cibo, bere e atmosfera. Ottima fornitura di caffè con capsule Nespresso di vario tipo.

Un pò scomoda l'unica entrata da dietro, con una serie di scale all'aperto, un pò noiosa sopratutto quando piove.

A localização é maravilhosa o quarto extremamente de bom gosto e bem equipado. Amamos o lugar!!! O banheiro e a banheira foram ótimos para relaxar depois das trilhas (lindas) que há para fazer nos arredores.

A localização é maravilhosa, porém, para quem ainda não conhece, a noite, na chuva, pode ser um pouco mais difícil achar as chaves e a acomodação em si. As casas não tem número exposto e nem havia placa com o nome da acomodação. Essa foi a única parte chata, achar o local, encontrar as chaves pois estava noite e chovendo. Recomendo colocar o nome da acomodação com mais clareza no local do estacionamento para melhor guiar os extrangeiros que chegam e não sabem que a casa é descendo as escadas.
