Noisy floor boards, home needs cleaning,no instructions for electrical goods burnt the pizza from the coop, Blocked in parking no dropped kerb anyone can block drive last day couldn't go anywhere garden needs sorting complaints from other people never addressed front door lock dirty oven ,vacuum cleaner never emptied cooker hood covered in visible grease. DONT BOTHER. Lots of pictures can't download CONSIDERING A COMPLAINT TO BOOKING.COM NOT WORTH £810 FOR 3 NIGHTS

Location was amazing, we could walk to everything in Portree. Quiet neighborhood. Easy for two couples to share. Off street parking spot was very nice.

A fantastic flat in a great location, just minutes from the town center. The furnishings are comfortable and incredibly well chosen to fit the space.

Exceptional

The house is clean and tidy and is well equipped. For example, there are capsules of coffee, tea, wine etc. The infrastructure is complete with a kitchen living room and dining room on the ground floor and two bedrooms and one bathroom on the first floor. The landlord has very kindly prepared a travel guide about Skye on the kitchen table. The house comes with a garden and has a beautiful view of the sunrise in good weather. Being near Portree makes it easier to shop and cook your own food. There are basic spices, detergents and cooking utensils etc.

Perfect stay for a family of 4. Excellent location. House looked after and presented with perfection

Overview The location of this beautiful, really well maintained 2 bedroom house is right in the heart of Portree and walking distance to the small town centre. From the outside it looks like any normal terrace house but inside it is extremely well maintained and the owner has taken time to decorate the house to perfection. There is off street parking for one car so the driveway is really handy especially if you have luggage or shopping bags to offload. The owner was kind enough to keep a bottle of wine and a large packet of crisps for us. As we do not consume alcohol we just tucked away the bottle of wine at the back of the cupboard. The lovely owner even left detailed guides and brochures in the kitchen on what there is to do in the Isle of Skye. Check in/Check Out: Check in is 4PM which seems late and check out is 10 AM. The owner was kind enough to allow a 3 pm check in (an hour earlier) but nothing earlier so although we arrived early we had to just drive around to pass time. There is a secured box near the door and code is provided to scramble in order to obtain the key. On check out the key is left there as well. The House: The ground floor contains a living/dining room and a kitchen. Just as you enter the main front entrance there is a storage cupboard which has an Ironing board and Iron. Bucket and mop is also provided and a hoover. The living room has 2 double sofas and lovely cushions and soft furnishings. The TV had Netflix as well as Sky which was a huge bonus. Wi-Fi was included and the speed was great too. There were a few board games and a pile of books in the living room too. The children really enjoyed the games. The dining table was expandable so could sit 4 or extended to sit comfortably. There was a window at the front and back with blinds and lighting was good too. The kitchen was really pretty and had a cooker, washing machine and separate dryer. Everything is provided from cutlery, dishes, glasses and cookware.

Garden was not acessible due to ongoing work but this was no fault of the owner who was not even made aware by the water company and made it up for the lack of access.

This is a lovely home with all the things you need for a homely feeling including a nice kitchen and Sky TV. It is very close to Portree town. We all enjoyed the stay.

Very clean upon arrival, well stocked kitchen, location is ideal - short downhill walk to both the supermarket and various restaurants and shops. Cozy living/dining room.

Ogni cosa è stata fantastica. Casa pulita, piccole attenzioni riservate agli ospiti, non mancava di nulla e check in semplice e proprietaria disponibile telefonicamente. Per la qualità della casa e i costi per l'alloggio richiesti a Portree mi sento assolutamente di consigliare questo alloggio. Noi eravamo in 4, 2 adulti e 2 bambini e anche i bambini erano contenti (c'era anche qualche gioco per loro)

Zeer leuk huisje!

Erg leuk huisje! Heel netjes opgeknapt en van alle gemakken voorzien. De host reageerde ook snel op het feit dat we geen warm water hadden en het was snel opgelost. Vlak bij centrum en supermarkt. Wij vonden het er heerlijk!
