The location was great, right downtown.

The shower could have been better. The temperature was tempet and the pressure low. The bath water was very nice and very hot.

This is a great rental in Portree for those who do not have accessibility issues. It does have a number of stairs.

The apartment was attractive, spacious and clean, and the location was excellent. The furnishings were very comfortable. We were happy with our stay. The owner was prompt and responsive when we had questions.

Although the owner was responsive, we thought It would have been very helpful to have written instructions available for the heaters, shower, and the front door, or to have had a demonstration when we arrived. We encountered some questions late at night and did not want to disturb him. Also, we did not find a wi-fI password, if one was available. We felt like this property could go from excellent to exceptional with attention to these few details, and the addition of a few amenities, such as a box of Kleenex, a roll of paper towels, and some good coffee to assist visitors before they have a chance to get to the grocery.

Excellent! We even had perfect weather.

The apartment is very well done and comfortable. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The location in Portree was ideal Helpful hint - make dinner reservations in advance. The Chinese restaurant down the street was not bad for our first night take away dinner

Perfect location for a family break, could easily have stayed longer

Well presented and deceptively large flat , perfect for a family stay. Comfortable living areas with a large bathroom and dining room. Well located to all the local amenities , pubs, restaurants & supermarket

My only suggestion would be to have blinds or curtains in the kitchen other than that there was nothing we disliked

It was just ok.

Nice property in a nice location.

The ceiling in one of the rooms was falling apart. When I mentioned it to the owner, he downplayed the issue, insisting it was safe—even though he had previously said it wasn’t there the last time and hadn’t even seen a picture of it. The house also didn’t have any cooking knives. After contacting the owner, someone brought some to us since it was late and we couldn’t cook without them. Additionally, we came home after a really cold day and discovered that the electricity wasn’t working—the key fob had run out of money. Fortunately, someone came after a while and fixed it.

Comfy, spacious stay in central location

Central location is unbeatable. Decorations were beautiful and added a special touch. Lots of space to spread out and be comfortable. Comfy beds.

It was challenging to share one bathroom but we knew to expect that. It was unfortunate to not have hot water in the kitchen/sinks, but manageable, and at least the shower is hot! Overall not bad and we got lucky to find this spot!

Location was excellent to visit Skye. The electric fireplace was well appreciated. The binder for instruction and recommendation have been very useful.

The bathroom is huge, it could be divided to have two. A washing machine would be a good feature to offer. The color of the wall are dark, lighters color would increase brightness.

Very nice place for short of long stay and good size for 5-6 people.

Lovely place. Have all possible devices to cook and clean and all that. Separated rooms and nice beds. Location is excellent right in the middle of everything.

Toilet flush button was bit broken, but really a minor thing. Nothing to complaint really.

Big kitchen with all appliances. Massive bathroom . Very central and easy to see the whole town.

Lack of parking but it is in the town centre. Would have been nice to have a washing machine. The massive bathroom was great but would have been better if this was a bit smaller and a second WC.

it was cold ,after a 6 hr drive we didn’t feel like going out and about ,with it being a big house it was very cold ( the heating was controlled to come on at 4 pm )

Perfect location right in the middle of Portree centre. Plenty of space for our group. The host was very responsive, we accidentally booked for the wrong number of people and so there were not enough towels for us but they brought over more towels within minutes of texting him.

One of the best places I've stayed so far!

Loved how big and spacious the place was. Beautifully decorated and the attention to detail makes it even more amazing. Very clean and smelled good too. Lovely hand written card upon arrival. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Can tell that the host has put alot of time and effort into this place, I hope they know they've done a fantastic job.

Obviously not the hosts fault at all, just a shame about the location as its a bit confusing to find if you try using Google maps. When you try Google the place it shows this lovely white cottage on the sea front. But besides all that, it's worth it. I would definitely stay here again. Loved the place with all its lovely quirky items.

Was really brilliant

Wonderful facilities, fantastic location, comfortable beds, lots of space. Was the perfect apartment to base ourselves for lots of adventures during the day then brilliant location to come back to before going out for the evening in Portree.

Cotton sheets would have been nice instead of polyester. That’s really the only negative thing I can find

everything was perfect. Lovely place, super central location, very clean, and the host was extremely helpful and accommodating, the communication was very easy and very quick. We can recommend enough, and next time ( very soon) we will back with our family. Cheers!
