Emplacement stratégique à l'entrée de la vieille ville, proche des transports en commun.
L'appartement mériterait un petit rafraîchissement. Four et micro-ondes au ras du sol, pas top pour l'ergonomie ! Quartier assez bruyant mais on est au cœur du vieux Nice...

the Location is great. The is a nice Socca restaurant downstairs. Close enough to the beach.
There was no AC. I think at the price the apartment is rented, AC should be included.

Location of the Apartmant is amazing. Short walking distance from the beach, in the heart of old Nice and surrounded by so many cafes and restaurants.
Apartmant was comfortable and it had everything you would need.
Getting the keys were hard. There’s a long distance between where you pick up the keys and the apartment itself. The office also only works for a few hours a day. It should have been easier as you also have luggage and you have to carry it all over the city.
