⁂ Magnifique 3P cœur du Vieux Nice

The location of this apartment was definitely its biggest advantage. It is situated in an excellent area, and we were able to walk almost everywhere in Nice, which made exploring the city very convenient and enjoyable.

However, the apartment itself did not fully meet our expectations. The photos were a bit misleading, as the property appeared to be in better condition online than it was in reality. We also felt that the cleanliness could have been improved, as some areas seemed to have been overlooked.

L'appartement était situé dans le quartier animé du vieux Nice, à 10/15 minutes à pieds de la mer. La localisation était très bien desservie par les transports. Les lits très confortables.

L'appartement est en théorie bien équipé. Il y a bien une télé..mais avec une télécommande cassée et sans piles....donc télévision inutilisable. Aucune tasse ni bol, ce qui rendait impossible l'usage de la cafetière...une seule petite cuillère... Le pire a été l'armoire de la salle de bain, envahie par des nuisibles qui rongeait les planches (visible à l'œil nu). Frigo cassé Beaucoup de points négatifs pour le prix de location élevé
