The location of this apartment was definitely its biggest advantage. It is situated in an excellent area, and we were able to walk almost everywhere in Nice, which made exploring the city very convenient and enjoyable.
However, the apartment itself did not fully meet our expectations. The photos were a bit misleading, as the property appeared to be in better condition online than it was in reality. We also felt that the cleanliness could have been improved, as some areas seemed to have been overlooked.

Есть стиральная машина
Есть посуда, чайник, плита, микроволновка
Были в январе, очень холодно! Отопления нет, теплый воздух из кондиционера вообще не помогает. Пол ледяной, можно ходить по нему только в теплых носках. Около дивана есть ковер, из которого лезет шерсть, нам приходилось постоянно чистить одежду. Спальни на самом деле - это просто отгороженные стеклом места для кроватей, для людей с клаустрофобией противопоказано.
Есть стиральная машина, но средств для стирки нет.
Кружек и бокалов нет, вместо этого 4 стакана, похожие на подсвечники.
Было бы хорошо оставить чай и соль. И еще тапочки на зимний период.
Нас было 4 человека, но набор для душа был только 1.
