Very nice and well equipped department.

Noice from the street was annoying for the person sleeping in the room facing the street

Location was great. Easy to get to from train, tram and uber. Access to old town or promenade restaurants was 10/10. The property was easy to find and very clean.

Pillows were to high and hard but that could be personal preference. Unfortunately the room on the lane way was sooo terribly noisy that spoilt this part of the trip. Every noght 2:30-4.30am the noise was so loud we could not sleep. This is not the owners fault but should be mentioned for people who are light sleepers.

The location in Old Nice was perfect. Easy to walk to beach and restaurants and shopping. Extremely convenient. David, our host was so accommodating and kind and helpful. His customer service was above and beyond what I excepted. So great to see how much he cared about our comfort. Thank you David.

There was nothing I didn’t like. Except the foyer was a little scary.

Die Lage in der Altstadt ist ideal für ausgedehnte Entdeckungen. Alles Wesentliche ist fußläufig erreichbar. Cafés und Restaurants sind in Hülle und Fülle vorhanden - für jeden Geschmack findet sich etwas. Der Vermieter war sehr aufmerksam, Antwort erfolgte umgehend und da keine Anschlussbuchung vorlag, duften wir unser Gepäck in der Unterkunft lassen, bis abends der Flieger ging. Das war sehr angenehm. Vielen Dank David! Die Wohnung ist komfortabel und gut ausgestattet, so dass man beispielsweise auch zu viert genügend Geschirr hat.

Zunächst erschrickt man etwas, wenn man das alte Haus betritt und die Installationen im Hausgang sieht. Sobald man die Wohnung betritt, ist man dann in einer "Oase". Für Reisende mit Auto könnte es schwierig werden, einen Parkplatz zu finden. Sonst ist die Anbindung mit Straßenbahn ideal. Wir hatten Roller gemietet, die konnte man problemlos in der Nähe parken.
