The location was excellent. The air-conditioning was very adequate.
There was a leaking sink, they were broken tiles on the floor so if you had bare foot it was quite dangerous. We did not have adequate number of bath towels. And it was slow response regarding the towels.

L’appartement est très propre, très joli, bien situé au cœur du vieux Nice, bon équipement, la climatisation a été appréciable en cette période caniculaire, les lits sont de bonne qualité et les draps très doux, les photos correspondent tout à fait! Beaucoup de choses à proximité (boutiques souvenir, bars, glaciers, commerce, la mer )
Rien il faut juste savoir qu’on ne peut pas y a accéder en voiture !

Location was great. Easy to get to from train, tram and uber. Access to old town or promenade restaurants was 10/10. The property was easy to find and very clean.
Pillows were to high and hard but that could be personal preference. Unfortunately the room on the lane way was sooo terribly noisy that spoilt this part of the trip. Every noght 2:30-4.30am the noise was so loud we could not sleep. This is not the owners fault but should be mentioned for people who are light sleepers.
