Top Lage am Rande der Altstadt. In zwei Minuten ist man mitten drin im bunten Treiben und trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig. Bäcker und Geschäfte fußläufig erreichbar. Perfekter Kontakt mit unserem Host Jeanne, die selbst im Haus wohnt, immer erreichbar war und mit guten Tipps zur Seite stand.
In der Altstadt gibt es kaum Parkmöglichkeiten. Das ist die Kehrseite zur guten Lage. Am besten parkt man im Parking Promenades des Artes, ca. 500 m entfernt. Kosten 25 € pro Tag (Juli 2026)

The flat is really beautiful, the pictures describe it well. Awesome location, being in the old city but quiet at the same time. Easy access to all what we needed, including public transport locations. The views are spectacular, of course. We will come back, Marco is a wonderful host. I recommend it.
No problem for us, but to reach the flat you have to take some steep stairs. This is common in the old city and worth it, but you should know this in advance.

Conveniently located in Vieux Nice, short walk to the beach and surrounded by excellent shops and restaurants. Well-equipped with everything you need, and Marco is very helpful and responds quickly to any queries. Great views over the city.
Only thing people need to be aware of is steep steps to the flat.
