The flat is really beautiful, the pictures describe it well. Awesome location, being in the old city but quiet at the same time. Easy access to all what we needed, including public transport locations. The views are spectacular, of course. We will come back, Marco is a wonderful host. I recommend it.
No problem for us, but to reach the flat you have to take some steep stairs. This is common in the old city and worth it, but you should know this in advance.

Conveniently located in Vieux Nice, short walk to the beach and surrounded by excellent shops and restaurants. Well-equipped with everything you need, and Marco is very helpful and responds quickly to any queries. Great views over the city.
Only thing people need to be aware of is steep steps to the flat.

We were greeted by the host with full instructions on the use of the appliances, etc. They sent us a full list of recommendations for restos, sites, etc. The apartment is perfect, full kitchen with all the necessities. We loved the location as well. Highly recommend this apartment.

Location is convenient for the beach, public transport and exploring the wonderful Old Town and local markets The apartment is beautiful, spacious and well equipped in a quiet and safe area. Our Host Marco was very welcoming and helpful and extremely knowledgeable of the locality. We highly recommend a stay.
