Place was near city center and surprisingly quiet, we were not disturbed at all. For the amount we paid it was okay, too bad for the bedbugs as the place has a huge potential. Seems mismanaged.
The reviews are indeed correct, bedbugs are a thing, we saw it with our own eyes. No matter how they wash or clean the room, they need to call pest control to exterminate it and/or change beds or mattresses. Furthermore, the window had a gap which we could not close due to the frame being broken. It was a rainy day and got quite cold, we had to stuff the gap with towels, and ramp up the heating.

Perfect location for us.
Nothing.

Carpet has a bit of stains. However the room and washroom is very clean. Would definitely stay again.
Although the ground floor has the boiler. It would be nice if the room has one too. The stairs make noises when I walk up the stairs. Was scared to disturb the other guests.

What you expect is what you get. Okay bed, cleaniness and really good location
There is no luxery, but we did not expect that

The location was OK, close enough to bus stops and metro. It was well priced for a capital city and clean.
The promo does say "the double room offers tea and coffee making facilities" but I wasn't expecting just one small jug downstairs in the shared "kitchen" space. The in-room mini fridge was an unexpected bonus, but a 10€ kettle would have been nice. More effective blockout window coverings would have been nice as the sunrise was 4h30.

Room was clean and it was ready early. Large windows to let in fresh air. I didn’t catch her name but the woman cleaning the rooms and laundry was very nice.

The bed was comfortable. The room had everything I needed.
Walls were a little thin, and there were some stains here and there around the room but overall a really nice solo stay.

Perfectly located in Central Norrebro, this was a good, simple and affordable accomodation for just one night. Definitely no bed bugs (as stated in some earlier feedbacks), was in fact very clean. No problems with self check-in either, super clear and simple process. Liked the fact there‘s a shared kitchen for all guests to use.
It was pretty noisy. When people in the kitchen outside of my room spoke in a regular voice, I could understand almost every word. Woke up several times due to other guests coming home late, slamming doors, speaking and laughing loudly.

When I booked for this Hotel I advised/Asked for a 23:00 check in. It was acknowledged.
I arrived at 23:30. The building was locked. The Night/after hours number would not respond.
At the time of booking it said that M18 would send a message with codes for the front door and the room key lock box.
I checked repeatedly thru the day but no message was ever received.
IN the end we managed to rouse another occupant who let us into the building, but we eventually slept on the floor as there was no room access possible.
Comment: Turn up in the eearly afternoon or find another hotel. This was a disaster.
At least they gave me my money back again.

We had to wait outside the apartment for at least 20 minutes because no one had sent us the codes to enter at check in and no one answered the phone for about 1 hour of calls.
We arrived late in the evening but it had been communicated and we had even received confirmation that it would not be a problem to check in late. This problem was not only for us but also for other guests.
The room was fine though and there was even a fairly organised area outside.
Ugly bottle opener, useless

The location is very good. Nørrebro is a very nice neighbourhood. The beds were comfortable. There was some confusion with the entry procedure, but the porter of the hostel next door (which is associated) was very friendly and helped us out.
The building is very noisy: When people are walking on other floors everything resonates. The carpet was full of stains though it was not dirty in an unhygienic way, but clearly something got spilled.

good location, close to bus, metro, restaurant etc
carpet so stained you had to wear shoes but otherwise clean

Location is great. Checkin is easy. Room was very clean.
Opening the windows was a bit hard due to plants just outside the window. Problem only when it's very hot. Otherwise it's not a problem.

Great location. Room perfect for one.

Comfortable bed and good enough location
Because the common area is right where the rooms are it was noisy, especially the cleaning staff and their kids

The room was very comfortable and roomy
Easy access to the keys
4 minutes from a metro station
The only minor complaint, there were no stuff in the premises in case of a question

Good location and fair value for money compared with Copenhagen hotel prices. The bed was comfortable and the linen clean. Coffee maker in the shared kitchen was terrific.
The apartment fridge was grimy and smelled of old fish. The kitchen bin area had dirt and debris from the last guests around it. The microwave in the shared kitchen was filthy. Needed to use the hand sanitiser too often.
Not that we needed it, but the TV was broken.
2.0 / 10.0
Convenient location, easy check in/check out.
The room felt very worn, there was mould in the shower/bathroom, shower head and drainage, and the drainage was also blocked so the whole bathroom flooded after one shower. There was a smell of food in the corridor when we got in, that reached into the room which was quite unpleasant to sleep in, and there was a lot of noise coming from the bathroom and radiators throughout the night.

The price is very competitive, and the hotel is located in a nice neighborhood of Copenhagen easy to get to from the airport with the metro. The bed is very comfortable, and the room/bathroom clean.
The hotel has no reception, and you're given codes to access the hotel and the room. The pad for the code at the door had no background light, but fortunately, I could use my mobile for light. My room was next to the entrance, and there was some noise from people standing outside smoking and going in and out. Make sure to bring a glass if you would like to drink some of the excellent water from the tap in the bathroom. The wifi connection was poor, and the TV didn't have any programs installed.

Bit far out but the public transport is really good.

I never received a confirmation as provided to other guests - I had to knock on a window of one of your guests, in another room he provided us with the code for the main door - I was then able to connect to your ( free internet access ) I looked for the confirmation e-mail equivalent to the one he had received - I also tried to contact the telephone number provided in the lobby ( it had been removed from the outside of the "hotel" ) BIG SURPRISE! no reply. I paid for a room I could not access - was required to find another hotel to overnight in. I have further overnight stays in København _ I will not be contacting you in the future and will certainly not be recommending your "facility" to anyone! - Enjoy the money you received for nothing _ I am sure you will deduct the cleaning bill from those responsible as they had nothing to do.
From a very disappointed and disgruntled "customer"

I didn,t enjoy having to disturb another guest to gain access to the facility, I didn,t enjoy paying for another hotel to ensure my girlfriend would be in close proximity to Rigshospital for cancer treatment the following morning.

good location.
Staff were not helpful at all. It was a
self checkin process and we received no information about how to unlock the door and had to phone the staff on arrival. We were again left waiting outside when we returned to collect our bags after checkout.

Clean and spacious for a decent price. Note: it is self-service, there is no reception.
Shower-head was not attached.
4.0 / 10.0
Cheapest reasonable hotel in Copenhagen. Comfortable bed.
Access via PIN, no staff at all, no services other than wifi and a vending machine. Cramped room with an unnecessarily large bed for the space. Noisy neighbours and early morning deliveries. Poorly designed bathroom, water from the shower goes everywhere. No shelf in shower to store shower gel etc, badly marked and worn furniture that should be replaced

The rooms were spacious and clean, the location was great also. The room cleanliness was fine (though we did find an almond that was not tidied from underneath a chair). The bathroom was also fine. Massive bonus that there is a kitchen with all the necessary equipment to make your own meals.
The communal kitchen could have used some love - there were quite a lot of insects crawling in and out of places and it could have used a good deep clean. Our TV in the room was also not working and there was no remote for it.
