The beds have much thicker softer mattresses that I'm used to in hostels. It makes a big difference to having a good night sleep. Also, the staff were very understanding when I needed to exchange my money for Euros. I was able to check in, change my cloths, leave my things and come back 45 minutes later with the money.

If you are booking a private room take the delux. Its huge and just a nice as it looks in the pictures. Great view from the balcony. Perfect location
Lots of stairs. As others have said the entrance is not great.

It was initially hard to find because it is not on the street listed but on a sidestreet. The video they supply should start on Terese street.
Otherwise all was fine.
I had a private room with a balcony. Three private rooms on the floor and two bathrooms to share - no problem.
The area immediately around the entrance is grotty and its a bit if s hije up all the stairs. That aside it was clean, everything worked and I enjoyed joyed my stay.
