Best stay in Interlaken

Property was cozy, in middle of mountains with a great view. Host was very helpful and showed us the property and helped with the luggage as well. He had made all the arrangements to make our stay comfortable in Interlaken

Value for money

Great location and beautiful view from Window. The owner Marco is an exception. He is super helpful and courteous. He helped to do laundry, explained how washing machine and dryer works. Suggested some good local place for having local Cheese Fondue.

No Lift and the appartment is on third floor but the owner helped us to get our luggage on top and new bed is required.

Lovely getaway in Interlaken

Communication was very good, both through booking.com and via text once arrived, and Mario was very helpful and friendly. The accomodation is nicer than it looks in the photos and generally very comfortable and pleasant. Location is a 10-15 minute walk from Interlaken centre, and very close to a nice hiking track towards Thun. Kitchen fairly minimal but well stocked.

One of the days a large number of ants appeared in the bathroom. Mario quickly came and addressed this but still was fairly unpleasant. The WiFi was a little slow.

Perfect place to stay in a very lovely city

There were hairs inside the shower cubicle and on the beds. And there was drainage problem as well. The host promised to come the next day to fix it but she did not do that.

Excellent, and peaceful stay.

It’s a small apartment with all the facilities close & walkable distance to the city. Perfect for small family. I have a 3year old who loved the play area outside. Beds were extremely comfortable. Kitchen is equipped with all necessities, which is amazing. Host Mario is extremely kind and also helped with our luggage when I casual mentioned that we were tired with our travel and very polite person who guide you through your stay. Overall amazing!

Best place to stay in Interlaken

I stayed there 2 weeks ago with my mom. When we arrived, our host Mr Mario came to pick us up at the station. We were informed that due to some hot water issue at Apartment Lala, an alternate accomodation is being provided - Studio Arturo marketplace. And that turned out to be absolutely amazing. It's location is so amazing, it was just 2 mins walk from the station. And the amenities, cleanliness everything were absolutely brilliant. Both Mr Mario and his wife Daniela are very warm hosts. Thank you for making my stay great.

Great value and swrvice

The apartment is in such a good location. Easy to find and only a short walk to most of the bars and restaurants. The check-in was really smooth and everything was explained in great detail. There were even some little extra gifts that were really appreciated after a long drive.

Good, but not for more than 1 person or to do a lot of living in the flat.

The location is close to the town centre and within walking distance. The mountain views from into the flat are beautiful. Coffee machine and enough capsules were available and prepared to be used. Own car park. The owner greeted us with chocolate and a warm welcome. However, it does not make up for the shortcomings of the flat.

The address of the flat in Booking is incorrect, we could not find the correct address in our browser and had to guess the correct one. The correct address is: Seestrasse 57, 3800 Unterseen, Switzerland. Even so, it was difficult to find the entrance, as it is in the street behind the one indicated in the address, as you can see in the uploaded photo. The parking, although it is your own, is a bit risky, as you parallel park in the innermost parking space in front of the garage itself. There is a risk of someone parking in the space in front and blocking the exit. The dishwashing liquid in the kitchen seemed to be the same as the liquid soap in the bathroom. Perhaps it was refilled from the same bottle. The bed and the sofa bed were quite comfortable but the pillows were very uncomfortable and we woke up with a sore neck. The room table was too small for three (even for two) people having a breakfast or a dinner. In my humble opinion, the flat is small for more than one person. However it could be perfect for one person or maybe even for two if they only sleep in the flat.

Looking for the exact location is frustrating, especially at night.

The location is not clearly mentioned as to where to go in, especially at night. We have to keep knocking on every door in the area because there is no name and to cross back and forth to a busy street is not a joke.

Direction to the location and NO NAME to confirm. There might be some last minute but is not clear.

Cozy and Amazing

The place was cute, small and cozy, perfect for a short stay for a couple, having all the basic amenities. Location was few minutes away from train station, with nice views. The building was nice and maintained like a hotel.

It was a small yet beautiful Appartment with all facilities and complementary welcome refreshments It was really warm and kitchen was equipped with everything required. Really good place to stay in Interlaken. Good bus connectivity to station and nearby areas. Host provided us with local bus pass to commute in interlaken

Building does not have lift so one time challenge to move the luggage to the 3rd floor. In our case, the host was kind to shift our luggage to the Appartment.

Super clean, fully equipped appartment with the best and most warm welcoming hosts i ever had

Ultra clean appartment. The staff/owner was very warm and friendly. They even carried our bags for us all ths way up. Left us a chocolate bar as welcome gift and provided with city pass as well. The room is equipped with everything you need to cook and live ! Coffee machine, tea bags water bottles, oil, salt and pepper washing liquid and napkins etc etc. Private free parking was a cherry on the cake! The view is spectacular. We had a hassle free checkin and for checkout we just had to leave the key in the room and leave. Definately staying here the next time too.
