Buona posizione, comoda per raggiungere a piedi il centro della città e alcune delle principali attrazioni. Abbiamo apprezzato la cortesia e la disponibilità del gestore. Struttura consigliata.

Il Proprietario si è messo in contatto telefonico e tramite indicazioni su wa ci ha aspettato nella struttura aiutandoci con i bagagli e ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni necessarie per quanto riguarda posti da visitare, luoghi dove andare a fare la spesa e dove andare a mangiare. L'appartamento era a 200 metri dalla sede del Corso che si teneva presso Università Cattolica pertanto comodissimo senza perdere tempo negli spostamenti e a 10 minuti dal centro sempre a piedi. Il proprietario out è stato molto disponibile anche per il ceck out prolungando l'orario di uscita in quanto avendo il volo nel pomeriggio avremmo dovuto transitare e restare molto più tempo in aeroporto.

El anfitrión fue en todo momento muy atento y accesible. Pudimos aparcar en zona blanca relativamente cerca.
El alojamiento se ve gastado/usado en mi opinión le falta algo más de mantenimiento. El calentador de agua se apagaba constantemente y costaba que volviera a enganchar para obtener agua caliente. Mucha humedad. Aunque de día está muy bien ubicado, la zona de noche....no se percibía igual
