A beautiful, comfortable and cozy stay, with beautiful views of Bourton-on-the-water.

We loved our stay at the Croft apartment. It felt so comfortable and cozy. The rooms were spacious and always warm. The views were delightful with direct sight of the river from our bedroom window.

No parking (but they did help us find a place about a block away)

Cosy stay right in the middle of Bourton on water

Great location, right on the river in bourton on water with views from the window . Very cosy inside - has everything you need and perfect for a small family.

Only minor thing is on the check in - we didn't know it was at the cafe underneath so caused a bit of confusion but otherwise was great

Parking can be difficult but we’ve stayed here a couple of times now and always managed to park 2 minutes walk away.

Comfy, clean, great location & great host!

Location was spot on, property very up together & one of the most comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in!! Heating had a blip & Donna & her daughter came up with blankets, mobile radiator & hot water bottles!!! They couldn’t have done more. Engineer came next day & sorted. Food in the restaurant was lovely as was Finn (owners son) very helpful.

Would be nice to perhaps leave a pint of milk in the fridge for a cuppa when u arrive & get your bearings!

Cosy, clean ducks-eye view of Bourton

Perfect location right in the heart of Bourton-On-The-Water and a short stroll to local car parks. Deep window ledges offer an excellent perch for watching the world pass by, and the ebb of people as day becomes evening. Very comfy beds, very clean, very hot water with a good,, strong shower.

The kitchen was missing some crockery (family of 4, only 3 of some items) and we found a broken wine glass in a cupboard. Water pressure in kitchen occasionally dropped to zero. Flush in bathroom kept jamming.

Excellent location in the centre of the Cotswolds and very comfortable stay.

Fantastic location in the centre of everything. Beautiful view of the stream from the main bedroom. Extremely comfy bed. Lovely breakfast in the cafe/restaurant downstairs every morning. Ideal location to explore the Cotwolds.

Experienced some noise from the restuarant downstairs but didnt spoil our stay. Not ideal having to leave the car in a public pay & display carpark 10mins walk away but to be expected in the middle of a lovely village. Bathroom a little tired in parts but perfectly acceptable otherwise.

Good and well located

The location was right in the centre, the apartment is very cosy and the staff was very friendly. Kitchen is well equipped and the beds were very comfortable.

Only public parking available with 20£ per 2 days. 7-8 min walk to the apartment. The apartment is on first floor without elevator, so if you have lot of luggage can be a bit hard (staff offered to take our bag). The WiFi is free, but has some issues with connection and the speeds are quite slow.

Lovely apartment in a prime location with good sized rooms and friendly staff!

Fantastic location! Friendly staff and reasonably priced dinner options.

It could’ve been cleaner for the price - dirt under sofas, behind beds etc etc. Also I feel there could’ve been a better stocked kitchen - no scissors or pizza cutter. Bin also had no lid on it. Quite a cost without breakfast.

Lovely stay and would return

Loved the location and the apartment was clean, beautifully decorated and the beds were amazing. We had a lovely stay here and would recommend/return.

Would be great if the bedrooms had black out blinds, when the sun rose the bedrooms were really bright so we were all up really early, including our baby. Breakfast was overdone and cold on the last morning but the first two morning it was beautiful, you also can’t have the full breakfast within the price

Paradise in The Cotswolds

Gorgeous little apartment that can accommodate an overnight stay a week or even longer. You will just need to pack your own shower supplies but we do anyway. The location is perfect and very central to town. The restaurant downstairs does a fantastic and delicious breakfast and the team are extremely friendly. We were very sad to leave!!!!

A large apartment in a great location

Excellent location right in the centre of Bourton. Spacious, with plenty of living space, big beds and a decent bathroom with both a shower and bath.

The lack of parking is a bit of an issue, but we found a road nearby with free parking 5pm to 11am, so that was fine. The kitchen needs some sharp knives (no knife to cut a loaf of bread) and some cooking items for the oven (no baking sheet or dish to cook food on/in).

Great location within the village, comfortable apartment

Beds were massive. I got lost twice! Apartment was lovely and warm when we arrived and throughout our stay. Location - you couldn’t ask for better and great views. Breakfast was lovely and available at the time we requested.

Possibly a welcome basket of soap/ shower gel for the bathroom. We didn’t bring any - not realising that we had too. Parking. There is a carpark approx 5-10 minutes away and it is free from 6pm-8am which is great but you have to be up early to buy your ticket first 8am. There is a carpark up the road near a service station and you can buy a 24 hour ticket which costs £20.

Would recommend to anyone

I stayed in the Croft Apartment over Christmas with my mum and sister and I couldn’t recommend it more. The breakfast we had in the restaurant was delicious, and the owners left us the most generous breakfast hamper for Christmas Day and Boxing Day (as the restaurant was closed for those days). They had also left so many lovely Christmas touches like Prosecco, biscuits and even a Christmas tree. The apartment itself was so cosy, comfortable and in the perfect location, and the communication with the owner and their family was so easy. Thank you so much for such a lovely stay and for creating a home away from home! 🎄

The wifi was a bit temperamental so watching things on the tv was a bit patchy, but it wasn’t a huge problem.

Superb comfortable apartment in the heart of a scenic Cotswolds village where local attractions were within easy walking distance. A warm cosy base to return to with two really comfortable and very large double beds. Breakfast was much appreciated with a varied menu to choose from.l

Tiny aspects - could not find teatowel, dishcloth or scissors but otherwise no gripes at all.

Nice apartment with great breakfast

It's a very comfortable apartment very well located. From all the rooms you get the river view. Nice comfortable and large beds too. As the Croft restaurant is run just below the apartment there was a breakfast menu you could choose from and one was spoilt for choice. Amazing breakfast. Scones and brownie which were not part of the breakfast menu were not charged, though we were willing to pay for the same. This was a really nice gesture which is truly appreciated.

On one of the days it rained and there was a bit of leakage in the passage. On the day we were leaving at 730 am we were woken up by a cleaner cleaning the glass window from the outside. It would have been nicer if they had waited to do so till we left. But all in all a great apartment in a fantastic location

Great family stay.

Breakfast location is really lovely - next to the river. The view from both bedrooms is amazing. Kitchen and bathroom, newly decorated and overall - a lovely place, The TV remote control did not work , maybe a blessing.

Brilliant place to stay in the middle of the village.

Wonderful self contained apartment in the middle of the village. We were met on arrival and our bags were carried to the apartment. Hosts were really helpful and daily breakfast downstairs in the restaurant was really nice.

Beautiful little apartment

The apartment was really good, very tidy and very well located in the town. It had absolutely everything you would to have a little break.

The bedroom leading of from the living room was really bad, the bed rocks about every time someone moves! After pre booking breakfast we had to wait 40 minutes for it to be served which was insanely long ..

unfortunately there wasn’t any towels left out for us and no parking on site. you have to either find somewhere on another street or park on a pay and display around 10mins walk away.
