Very difficult to find, no email with the key code. No signs and Booking .com has its over a cafe which it isn’t. Needs more signs to show where it is

Nothing really. I like a bit later check out time but the owner was accommodating and we were able to agree a convenient time.

Great central spot

Location was superb. Was nicer to have a lounge and kitchen rather than being in a hotel with just your room. Rooms were clean and tidy. Beds comfortable.

More rules than relaxation

If all you want is a base, not prepare meals for a group or relax then this is perfect. Clean and conveniently located in town.

The wording and volume of rules makes you think you are a primary school child. I find the tone threatening and it made it impossible to simply relax in the apartment. Kitchen equipment is limited and not in great condition which meant it was impossible to prepare and enjoy a meal in the kitchen. If all you need is to make coffee or boil an egg then no problems.

Wonderful stay in a lovely apartment with perfect location in the Cotswolds.

Perfect location to explore Bourton-on-the-Water and many surrounding villages. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. We were traveling with 2 young children and the apartment was equipped with all we needed. We would love to come back in the future, thank you for a wonderful stay.

A coffee machine or French press would have been a nice touch.

Beautifully furnished, comfortable apartment. Fully equipped kitchen. spotlessly clean throughout . Excellent central location. We had a 6 and 3 year old with us so having a stair gate gave us peace of mind. There was also children’s cups, plates and cutlery.

Great location

The leaving time 10:00hrs is bit too early considering you do not enter property till 14:00hrs, day before. When you travel in a large group and have 1 bathroom it means early start. It does not take 4 hrs to clean the property for next guess.

Location to downtown, clean, roomy. Was hot when we were there and the unit had 3 big fans to help cool the rooms.

It was a very enjoyable stay, everything we needed total comfort, kitchen had all you needed and abs

Location was perfect two minutes walk to Bourton on the water itself. Plus parking for two cars at the apartment was a bonus after coming back each day, no stress having to find car park as a very busy area. Rooms were all perfect , everywhere in apartment was spotless, had everything you needed!

The stairs were narrow and 2 lots to get up to the 3rd bedroom, it was fine for our group but may not be suitable for an elderly couple/group.

The BEST apartment in Bourton! Great for families or friends!

The apartment was adorable, perfect for our needs, and so close to everything! We loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone coming into the area. Bring your own toiletries though (shampoo/conditioner). Great bakery across the river from here - we picked up pastries for the following morning and had coffee/tea and bakery items in the comfort of the apartment. Thank you for the clear instructions, and it was so nice to have a parking spot available for our rental car. We LOVED Bourton-on-the-Water and hope to be back someday!

Shampoo and conditioner would be helpful. We stayed at hotels the rest of the trip and did not pack our own.

Leave more specific instructions about food waste (what can and cannot go in the bin and where to put it) and instructions in your initial email about how to lock the door (we noticed them afterwards on the inside of the door but couldn’t figure it out right away.

This was by far a great choice for our family. The apartment is spacious and clean. It is super central to the small village so ideally located. The apartment has everything you need from a fully fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a lovely lounge and dining room. The beds were super comfy, we just loved them! Everything about this apartment was perfect.

The only hiccup was as foreigners we did not know how to use the heating system correctly, so clear info concerning that would be great. Would recommend!

Family stay

A beautiful, comfortable and homely apartment. Spotlessly clean with everything you need to make a lovely stay very worthwhile. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts and we experienced excellent communication from them. I cannot recommend this apartment enough. We loved it ❤️.
