Friendly, Yummy Breakfast, Clean, Good Location

Friendly owner - helped to carry heavy luggage up to room, delicious breakfast - they had halal chicken sausage. Steps down to beach, close to ferry port and restaurants and town. Clean rooms!

No toiletries - soaps. No lift - not ideal if you cannot climb stairs.

Overall good value

The balcony view over to Corfu was stunning both at night and in the day. This was a real highlight.The room was clean, was a good size and was modern and well equipped.

The breakfast, although a plentiful buffet, was not of great quality, particularly the coffee and juice. Not awful and not great. The room door handle came off in my hand. As it was the first thing one touched, it gave a poor impression even though everything else worked ok. A minor thing really and it made us laugh! Although I know Albania runs mainly on cash, it would not be unreasonable for a hotel and restaurant of this size to take a card payment

A must stay in Saranda!

The family that runs the place, the view, the lovely breakfast spread and the clean rooms.

Nothing much, we were very happy with our stay. Maybe the toiletries provided could've been a little nicer and it would be nice to have some water in the fridge for emergencies. But otherwise lovely!

Basic but comfortable and in a decent location.

The room was basic (no wardrobe) but comfortable. Our room and balcony overlooked the sea. The young lady on reception (aged just 13!) was wonderfully welcoming. The breakfast was decent, the bed comfortable and the location good. Our only concern was beyond the control of the hotel, and that was loud music being played by boats passing the hotel. But when the boats weren't passing, the sound of the sea a matter of yards from our room was wonderful. No swimming pool is also something to be aware of. And if driving, go slowly as you approach the hotel as the entrance is easy to miss and the one way system would then be annoying!

More choice for breakfast ideally but as I say above, the breakfast was decent.

It is close to the beach and the sea view is amazing - i could watch the sunset and the full moon from the balcony. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

The location was great, not too central so it was quieter and only 15minutes walk from town, had everything near by, Supermarkets, restaurants, great beaches. The staff were very friendly and nice. The breakfast delicious and they always tried to make something different for each day! Absolutely recommend it :)

The bathroom shower didn't have a curtain and it was very small so the water was all over after each shower.

Comfy and clean room, good location. Tortoise in the garden.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the air conditioner was excellent. We had the best views from our balcony, was a really nice spot to sit. The location is good, close to the prominade and close to the nicer beaches and beach clubs. The staff were friendly. The room was quite large, was good value for money. Wifi worked a treat. And there was a wild tortoise in the garden!

The breakfast was okay but very minimal, we tended to get our own elsewhere.

I extended up extending my stay here, the family and staff who work here are very, helpful, warm and kind. The views are unbeatable as it’s on the edge of saranda, looking out into the horizon and also a view of Corfu across the Ionian Sea. Close to a supermarket and charcoal meat place around the road.

Exceptional

The room was very clean and good size. The views and terrace were also very good, as well as the location. The personnel was very friendly and they let us leave the car in their parking while we visited Corfu for a night. It is a family owned hotel that care about their clients, and gave us good recommendations for our next visits.

Better than I hoped for. Would recommend and would stay again

I ended up extending my stay and breakfast was not always the same, which was nice. The room and view were fantastic, and the staff extremely friendly, helpful and always smiling

There was nothing I didn't like, although having tea/coffee-making facilities in the room would have been great. However, for the price, the facilities that were there (TV, balcony, rain shower) were fantastic.

The rooms looking over the sea were absolutely perfect and gorgeous in every way. The rooms were very clean and well-kept. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We had anticipated paying for the room by credit card but the credit card machine did not work on three different cards that we offered. So we had need to go find an ATM to get enough cash to pay our bill, which was a bit of a hassle. Also, we must’ve overlooked the fact that the hotel does not have a elevator.

Lovely room. Too many steps!

The room was spacious and comfortable with lovely sea views. Staff were helpful and breakfast was OK.

We were on the 4th floor with no lift. It was a struggle to get our luggage and ourselves up and down those 75 steps! It was difficult to find the hotel as there was no sign on the road. And tea/coffee facilities would have been nice in the room.

Best place in Sarandë / Amazing family business

The view is amazing, worth every EUR. We only stayed for 1 night and we had a moto accident few hours after check in, but the family that manages the hotel, They were relentless in making sure we were in good health and comfortable enough to spend the night after leaving the hospital. They treated us like family and went far beyond the customer - hotel relationship, we will never forget such generosity!

Definitely a good place to stay in Sarande!

Excellent service, the host lady is very friendly, speaks English very well and is always willing to help. The place is very familiar, breakfast is prepared at the moment for each guest. The rooms have a fabulous view of the ocean and the place is located very close to the beach. But the highlight is the friendliness and good attention from everyone who runs the hotel.
