The location was perfect as it was really close to the tram stop which I used many times. All the instructions were clear and I didn't have any problems checking in. My floor was really quiet and I even didn't see any people there. The lounge and kitchen had everything needed for a quick dinner before falling asleep in the comfortable bed.

The check-in process was easy, and the staff was friendly.
The rooms were clean.
It was perfect for the one night we stayed there.
The breakfast buffet was very large and offered a wide variety of options.
There was nothing to complain about.

Clean and good location for me. Good response from reception as I arrived very late.
It still has the feel of the hospital/student acco it once had. It lacks warmth and invitation. Tea bags in the bedrooms would have been nice. Appreciate breakfast closes at 10am, but the coffee could be left out, the door dosnt need to be summarily shut etc. The mattresses are a bit soggy. Each door seems to have a lock.
