Nice stay with free parking

Chose the accommodation for its location and free parking. There was still parking available even when I arrived late at night. We had plenty of space. The beds were comfortable.

One bedside lamp was missing a light bulb. It didn't bother me that much, so I didn't contact anybody about it.

It was very bad and dirty

They have charged me to much for cleaning microwave dishwasher and taking the bins out those are not my job it was Hotel. I’ve paid for it is cleaners job to do that after I left they have charged too much money

Ideal for those looking for a place to sleep without actually living in the room

Close to the metro station, a supermarket, and generally a very quiet neighborhood. Clean rooms.

Everything is very simple and basic. Spaces are a bit cramped. It would be better not to leave laundry baskets in the corridors all day, right in front of the room.

The hotel with poor service

There were kitchen equipments, microwave oven, boiling water kettle etc.

They didn’t even supply a toilet paper roll. A half of the paper roll was in the toilet. They said that I must buy it my self, I think it’s a very poor service.

Overall the experience was good.

I have had other reservations where there was no staff at the reception, but I received the key code in a timely manner, without having to provide photo ID before checking in. Here, if you cannot provide photo ID in advance, you risk losing your reservation, as you do not receive the key code.

The stay was goos but improve in physical interaction with your residents, where is receiption

Not meeting staff physically to help with questions that I had eg, where is the kitchen and trash bin although you wrote about there where abouts but I couldnt see them hence, I needed to ask someone. Also cleaning once a week for someone like me who stayed there for 10 days is not enough. I would proposed every after 2 days

The location of the hotel is awesome! Near the supermarkets, train and bus stations, also a mall nearby. There's a kitchen and laundry facilities. Just what you need when travelling. And there's a sauna!!! Nice!

The room is a bit small, no cloth iron (I am attending a convention so I need to iron my clothes, but if I am just travelling, no issues).

Comfortable and value for money

Convenient for travel and 24hr supermarket close by! Value for money and great facilities for self catering. I have stayed several times which reflects how it met my needs. ..if it was not good then I'd stay elsewhere!

It could be much better

The check-in process was very accessible (only requiring codes sent by message/email). The shower pressure and water temperature were excellent. The blinds worked quite well and effectively blocked out the light in the morning. In terms of location, it was very close to buses, the metro, and a supermarket that is open 24 hours. However, the location is not central (it's in zone B of the city).

The space had no decoration at all; it was very simple and felt like a prison. The bathroom, although it had the basic necessities, was not good. The shower was small and only had plastic curtains for separation, so the floor would easily get completely wet. The baseboard in the room was coming off, and one of the electrical sockets was completely out of the wall, held only by a wire. We didn’t visit the lounge area or the sauna. The room can only be opened from the outside using an individual access code. However, when inside the room, there is no lock on the door, which creates a feeling of insecurity (even though, in theory, no one could open the door without the code). Overall, it was not a good experience, but the price was one of the most reasonable we found in Helsinki.

It was spacious and clean

Hey coming from an international flight our SIM card didn’t work we could not call the emergency line or the staff if we had a problem we couldn’t call anyone because no sim we have North American phones can’t buy one. we had two problems we couldn’t order a taxi and we couldn’t call the facilities to book laundry so I got angry I was there for 3 days after a 10 day journey and couldn’t wash my clothes also the app I used to text someone for info ..did not give me any details and no info on laundry on the web page I also felt trapped and like surveillance isn’t my thing so felt like someone was watching me even when I’m cooking or smnth is not a good feeling and if the power went out if I’d get stuck in the basement or the elevator not ok ! We also noticed the door has been tampered with on the key pad this made me feel insecure with no staff around as we thought someone broke into the building or it wouldn’t work when we got home late.

The room was comfortable and affordable. The hotel is close to a Metro and bus station and easy to find.

There is a lot of room for improvement...

Hand (and dish) washing bowl clogged... Window handles cumbersome and weak. Matresses not impeccable. Only saw one staff member nearby, when I was going to leave. No Finnish, English or standard language to explain the faults. Carpets on corridor ouside the lift were filthy. Main door locks too complicated.
