Very happy with my stay at the Töölö Towers hotel, the room was practical and clean, the hotel was really calm and quiet. Guests can use a shared kitchen and relaxation area at each floor as well as a sauna at the last floor. The breakfast was quite nice and the staff very helpful and sympathetic. The district was really nice as well with the sea really close to the hotel.

I was a bit confused trying to find the entrance — the place looked more like a nursing home, an apartment building, or something along those lines rather than a typical hotel. I booked a single room and was assigned a single room on the 1st floor. There are a total of 3 security doors between my room and the building exit: the door to the check-in lobby, the door leading upstairs or to the elevator, and the door at the start of the hallway before you reach your room. They only provide 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel. No bath mat. The room only has one all-purpose product for washing hands, showering, and shampooing. If you need more towels, you have to ask at the front desk. The dining room is located between the two buildings, and you need your room key to open its door. The breakfast room is fairly spacious. The food is fairly basic, with no sweet pastries or croissants. The serving area is narrow, so you sometimes have to wait. Rooms are only cleaned once a week. If you go out and come back after 22:00, you’ll need your key to get through the building entrance and the security doors. If you lose your key, the fee can be as much as €95. After 4 days here, I felt that aside from having a place to sleep, a convenient location, and a reasonable price, the inconveniences were enough to make me decide not to stay here again.
