    Facility is in the good location, 3 stations to city center by metro and has supermarket nearby. The room was clean and tv room/kitchen was good to have in the building. However, we didn’t receive any check-in code so had to wait someone to go out from building in that cold weather so we can enter and call the security because there is no reception after 4pm during the week and not at all for the weekend. Second problem is due to not having any reception, we were not able leave our luggage to the hotel in the last day and go see around freely and return, because once you go out, you can not enter. I think hotel needs to think a better solution to this. Overall it was fine but could be better.

    We had a very nice stay. Accessible, clean rooms, good wifi, nice staff. We'll definitely stay here again!

    It's the second time I've stayed here. I raised the issue regarding poor room temperature and circulation but nothing has changed. All the good I could have said about this place is lost because of the room air conditioning and circulation.. Terrible
