The location is great, the price is perfect and the Room was clean. The only prioblem was they didnt sent the code before my check in. I have to call the customer Service to ask for the code since they dont have concierge. The First tine I called the customer Service hang up the Phone without calling Back, She knows I was asking the code. The second time I called the lady was very Nice and has given me the code. I have already entered the facility but I don’t know How to access the elevator since there was no instruction on How to use it. So I have to call the customer Service to guide me on How to do it. And the lady who answered the call hang up again. I guess thw First and THIRD One who answered was just the same lady. She was rude. And her Service is unacxeptable. Yeah, I might Be annoying because I said, ”this is annoying.” She was asking me me about my reference Number and I was asking her which One and How many Numbers was it. And She hang up. I think they should hire patien customer Service representative. The customers that are usually coming are tired from travelling and only wanted to rest when arriving the hotel but this happens. Not really Pleasanton. But the stay was good.

Great location, room temp cold and you can’t change it. Booking via Agoda you will NOT receive door code what makes it very annoying for the customer.

First of all their self checkin system has problems. They cannot send sms to Turkish numbers (+90) and they didn't send me an email either. I had to call them to get my entry code. In the first night a fire alarm went of at 1:30 AM and woke us up we were worried but turns out there is no fire. Our sleep was interrupted, no one employee was there so we had to wait for fire department to arrive and turn off the alarm.
