The room was clean and looked new. The breakfast was very decent. The location was also within walking distance to many attractions.

Hotel Mestari is one of the best hotels I have stayed at so far. It is located in the heart of Helsinki, with all the major central attractions within walking distance, so I didn’t need to use public transport to explore the city.
The hotel has an authentic look, while the room was very modern, spacious and exceptionally clean, with excellent Rituals toiletries. The beds were soft and incredibly comfortable — you literally sink into them and fall asleep! The entire hotel has a unique industrial style, making it feel authentic and distinctive.
The staff and receptionists were extremely friendly and professional. Breakfast was excellent, with a very wide selection of food.
One useful tip for travellers arriving by ferry from Tallinn: getting to the hotel is very easy using tram line 7. There is really no need for a Bolt, even with luggage.
A fantastic experience for a very reasonable price. I would definitely stay at Hotel Mestari again!

The location is perfect, walkable from the central station(a bit hilly way, though) and only a few min away from a big shopping mall( big supermarket and many takeaway shops there). Also small supermarket is just in front. Breakfast is great. Room is spacious, comfortable and clean. Bathroom has a bathtub!
Only one inconvenience is that the reception area is very small and around 3pm it was chaos. Many people for check-in but very low capacity. But all in all, I love the hotel and will come back on next business trip!
