Modern and clean rooms, the shared kitchen and living room are practical for self catering. Location is easily accessible by metro (5 minutes walk) or tram (in front of the house)
It is quite difficult to find the entrance, the building has multiple entrances, and the hotel name is just on a ~10cm sized sticker next to the door, the hotel itself it just in the 5th floor of the building.
The aircon/ventilation is noisy, especially in the small bedroom.

Easy check in without reception, very comfortable bed, price was good
The location is so so, room was a bit dusty in corners and behind the airmchair and in the bathroom, but not too bad

We liked every single aspect and moment of our stay.
Repeated efforts to come up with something we did not like about our stay, yielded no results.

Nice location, nice place.
Sink was cloggled, nobody cared to fix it - even though they said so.
Not very clean. Very noisy ceiling ventilation, uncomfortable for sleep.
Communication not very efficient and wrong info give.
