Loved our stay. Great location right of the Esplanade and walking to central station and sights. Super comfy beds, kitchenette to make coffee/tea in the morning. the app works great if you have any questions. We arrived at 3am due to delayed flight and had a little trouble getting into the room but found quick assistance via chat. Great to have access to luggage storage and the building/amenities until 23hrs the day of departure!
the gym is at an external location. Though just a 5 minute walk, we would have preferred it on sight.

Location, self check-in, room, really everything from the smallest details is great! If we had more time we would’ve made use of the free gym entrance (external location). We also loved the mutual spaces downstairs!
Weird smell from the bathroom water drain, but easy fix by letting the water run for a while! And the bed is somewhat small if you are used to king/queen sized, but still comfortable.

Location was great. Easy walk to everything & grocery store a block away.
Loved the common area and room had everything we needed.
Lights. We weren't used to how they worked.
