    Processing time at reception was a little slow and while the lift goes up to the room, the same can't be said for the lift coming down, and I had to carry my luggage down a flight of stairs. Otherwise hotel was in a good location and short walk from Esplanadi, harbour and many eateries.

    It was hard to figure out the outlets in the room. I didn’t realize I had turned off the main switch so that I had an actuality turned off the power to my phone.

    Located almost in the centre of the city it is in a great position to get to all parts of Helsinki. Friendly, helpful staff, comfortable rooms, tasty breafast and an excellent rate make for a wonderful stay.

    There is no sauna, but the location is perfect. The breakfast was also quite good.
