    I loved the location, the breakfast, and the amazing Toscanni restaurant. Unfortunately, I experienced a major hiccup upon check-in when I opened my hotel room to find people already inside. However, the staff handled the situation quickly and professionally. Overall, it was a good stay once that was resolved.

    Ver disappointed with the room condition that was small, no blackouts curtains, shower room flooded all the time due to badly designed drainage, the safe was Unsafe as it was lying loose on the flimsy shelf that anyone could stick under their arm and walk out of the hotel. This is not a four star Hotel as claimed but the building looks attractive from outside. The staff are quite helpful though. Don’t ever stay here.

    Booked via agoda under unrefundable . No regret. Beautiful hotel, good breakfast, comfy bed, quite ambience, strategic location. Managed to catch tram no 6 to railway station to airport. Overall super happy.
