The location. Close to Station, waterfront, Sokos.
Loved the pool and cold plunge pool. Receprion staff very helpful and friendly.
Pool, sauna, hamman a little crowded at times despite booking system.

The location is superb, everything is in walking distance. The hotel is amazing, super clean, well appointed, excellent room, fantastic breakfast and a lovely spa as well.
There is nothing to fault and will definitely be back in the near future!

Great location. Nice room. Very friendly staff with great service. Awesome breakfast.
You can early check in or late check out with a charge. I'm not sure if it's a pro or con. When I travel sometimes I got offer for early check in if the room is available. For this place, it is guaranteed with payment. We did pay for late check out at 5 pm since we traveled with our mom and our flight was late at night. Turned out it was worth the money so I like it.

too expensive (not a good value for money) shower flooded when we used it. you don’t expect this for all the money we paid
