I liked the design, the location and facilities provided
The sofa bed for the third guest was not the most comfortable, a bit old a quite noisy

My room looked out on the main road which gave me great views.
Rooms are a decent size and comfortable. Bathrooms have heated floors and for a change, don't have boring white towels(!). Bed has USB sockets.
Breakfast was a highlight, such a huge variety of food with juice and waffle stations as well.
Perhaps I just arrived at a bad time but there was a queue for check-in, surely there's a more efficient way to check in than making everyone fill in bits of paper.

Location
1) The fact that the torn and creaky furniture and the cleanliness of our room was way below standard especially for a fige star hotel
2) The fact that after reporting the problems, instead of proactively trying to sort the issue out I actually had to ask the staff what their next move will be. Couldn't care less
