Location was good, it felt safe and quiet at nights. All types of public transportation are nearby- metro, buses, trams. A bus from the airport stops very close to the hotel, like, within 1 minute walking distance. There are multiple grocery stores around. The room itself was comfortable and clean. I liked that there is a washing machine in the bathroom but there is also a laundry room in shared space with dryers. The room is equipped with a small kitchen for some basic cooking but there are no ingredients like cooking oil, salt etc. It was not a problem for us but just keep that in mind. Or use the kitchen in shared space. Our studio was not equipped with a hair dryer and iron but they can be easily picked up from service station boxes located on multiple floors. Sauna was great, they have both traditional and steam saunas available.

Convenient, lovely appartment that has everything you need! Also very clean!

The location is good, building has lots of facilities like spa and gym.

- In our room the wall light was not working - One of the blinds was not closing and in summer that is very bad - The pillows were not enough. They were only 2 and the spare ones had hairs from other guests so i assume they are not being washed - no shampoo or conditioner at all

Good location, lots of restaurants

The physical staff availability. Too often the only way to communicate with the reception is via whatsapp or phone. It is not a nice feeling. Even though we didn’t need any help it feels weird to not have a person at the desk most of the time.
