It’s a BobW, if you’ve been to one before you know what to expect. Check in was relatively smooth using their website and they provided an addition sheet on request. Note that there is no staff on site, if you need anything you can contact them via Whatsapp or call them. Their support is generally helpful and responsive.
Bob, we need to talk about cleanliness and maintenance. The room was dirty when we checked in: Balls of hair in the shower, balls of hair in the bed. Someone’s underwear left behind. The closet was stained with snowmelt from someone’s boots. The kitchen was messy, dishes and utensils stored in odd places and there is no space to store food. The drip tray under the dish drying rack was disgusting 🤢 - These things need to be wiped regularly. Overall we still had an enjoyable stay, but you really need to work on your guest experience and quality assurance - Snazzy perks and hip rethoric are not good enough if you can’t get the basics straight.

A szállás elhelyezkedése jó volt. A be és kijelentkezés nagyon egyszerű és gyors. Az ágyak kényelmesek voltak.
Az egyhálós szoba megtévesztő a fotókon, mert iszonyat apró. 3-4 főnek kellemetlenül kicsi az egész. A kinti mínusz 15-25 fok ellenére a nagy radiátor nem működött, de kaptunk egy kis olajradiátort. Köszi. Nem fűtötte be a szobát. Azt javasolták ne húzzuk be a függönyt akkor a másik kisebb radiátor talán segít. Mondjuk, ha nem egy földig érő függöny lenne, akkor lenne értelme a radiátoroknak a falon.
A függöny le volt szakadva, első nap jeleztük, nem sikerült megcsinálniuk.
A mi szobánk a belső udvarra nézett. Péntektől hétfőig minden reggel 7-től az alattunk lévő LIDL-be árut pakoltak targoncával kb 1-1,5 órán át. Nagyon hangos volt! Nem volt kellemes minden reggel 7-kor erre ébredni.
A reggeli érdekes megoldás. Csak azt nem értem, hogy a menübe miért nem fér bele mondjuk a Foxnál egy rendes kávé a filteres kávé helyett, vagy miért nincs lehetőség mondjuk joghurtot és müzlit enni. Ez a külön fox menüs dolog elég fura volt.
Kijelentkezés után számonkértek rajtunk egy instax vagy milyen fényképező gépet amit nem is láttunk a szobában, majd amikor rákérdeztünk hogy mégis hol kellett volna ezzel találkoznunk, vagy megvan-e csak annyi választ kaptunk, hogy majd jelentkeznek. Ez elég kellemetlen volt. Most sem tudom, hogy mi lett vele.
