It was a nice staying, although needs to be improved. We had a reservation at another hotel but they inform us 2 weeks before leaving about a renovation that they would do to the building and moved us at Plaza hotel, which was in a more convenient location after all. The room was decent, definitely not value for money. It was much smaller than we expected for a Radisson blu hotel. The breakfast also needs to be improved. It wasn’t representative to the chain hotels. It had only two options at the egg bar (omelet with specific goods and fried eggs). Had certainly a gluten free space but was really small. Needs to be improved in many areas. We were about to be provided every day with water due to our membership but this never happened.

Have stayed in this hotel probably 12 times in 15 years and it is brilliant. The rooms were refurbished not so long ago so everything is clean and tidy. There are also loads of plug sockets and at least 4 USB sockets in the room so charging devices is easy (you don't get that in a lot of hotels these days!). You can cross the road and head straight to the bus station and into Kampi shopping centre so you don't even need a coat to access 4 different shopping centres as they are all connected. My only negative was that we booked as 3 adults and were given two single beds and a camp bed. I would have thought we would have received a slightly better setup.

The breakfast was great! Room was spacious enough for 2 large luggage even though we had to get a king bed and it looked like we were down graded from a bigger twin room. Hotel staff were friendly. Opposite was a hige shoppong mall, food outlet, clothes outlet basically everything that u need should u want to get something or forgotten to bring. Good experience there.Will definatelh recommend friends to the place.
