Awesome place to stay outside the busy city!

Apartment was very clean upon arrival and had everything we needed including extra outlet adapters.

The apartment was on the third floor which was kind of a walk, but it did not bother us that much. The birds outside the apartment were a little loud at night.

It was an experience.

The apartment was clean and Maria and her husband were very accommodating. The included breakfast was yogurt, some cookies, box milk, cereal and coffee. There are several markets close by within walking distance. Lots of places to eat.

The bedrooms have no air conditioning. Rome was very hot during our stay. They have one wall unit in the living room area and it set to Auto. You can’t adjust it. It does not reach the bedrooms. I had to purchase a fan from the market to get some relief in the room. The building has a tiny elevator and it was very hot in there. If you’re claustrophobic this is not an elevator for you. The location itself is far from all the tourist attractions. We had difficulty getting cabs because of the location. The cab from the airport to the apartment cost 63 euro. We ended up learning the Metro subway system which is located down the street. From this apartment to the Vatican it’s 17 stops. For the Colosseum, you have to get off the Metro and jump on another line. It costs 1.50 euro per person to ride.

The apartment is a charming and spacious accommodation option for those looking to explore the city. The apartment is well-appointed with modern amenities and stylish decor, making it a comfortable and inviting place to stay. One of the highlights of the apartment is its location, which is conveniently situated near public transportation and a variety of restaurants, cafes, shops and also a local market. The apartment itself features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, and two spacious bedrooms, and a common each with its own private bathroom. The apartment also boasts a lovely terrace area, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening aperitif. The owner is friendly, communicative, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

Small sofa in the living room (suitable for 2; we were 4) No dish washer, but we managed without it.

The environment of this apartment is great. It‘s cozy and clean. It is also close to the metro station，you can take line A to go to city canter. Besides，the host are very nice，we arrived late，but they received us patiently，and gave us a lot of suggestions about travelling.

Large very nice apartment in great location, but had a problem with our parking reservation

There are many great things about this apartment: The apartment is in a great, convenient location. The metro is only a very short walk away, there are great neighborhood (not touristy) restaurants which the owners recommended to us. Even though when we first arrived, the neighborhood looked a little rough (some graffiti and a lot of trash), once staying there, we felt very safe, both day and night. You see families and neighbors of all ages walking in the streets. The apartment is huge, lots of room for four adults and really clean. It was quiet, especially for an apartment in a busy neighborhood and we got a restful sleep. The building even has an elevator. Everything in the apartment worked, the air conditioning mainly cools the living room, but if you close the kitchen and bathroom door at night, the cold air moves into the bedroom, too. The owners left us a generous amount of food (fruit, cookies, yoghurt etc.) and water for breakfast. Communication with the owners before our arrival was quick and easy. This is a great value for Rome. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this apartment.

We had some issues with the check-in and our reservation for parking. I believe some of this was our fault. We got lost and arrived late (Make sure you go to Viale Spartaco, NOT Largo Spartaco like our GPS directed us to). The owners had emailed us that there was a cash deposit due upon arrival, which was returned to us at check out. But I had missed in the small print of the reservation that we also had to pay city taxes at check in (I should have read it more carefully) We didn't have enough cash and I had to run to a nearby ATM, which made the whole check in awkward and complicated. On a 6 week trip to Europe, it was our only reservation with a cash deposit. The listing offered the possibility of a parking reservation in a nearby private garage. We asked the owners to make a reservation for us and they confirmed that we had the reservation at $10.00 a day by email. When we arrived, the owners gave my husband directions to the garage, but when my husband arrived there, the parking attendant had no idea who he was and quoted him $20.00 a day, twice the agreed upon price. When my husband returned, the owners insisted that they had made the reservation and suggested we go back and talk to the garage attendant again (by ourselves with no written proof of any kind). We don't speak Italian, and didn't feel like going back and arguing with the man, when we had no idea how to explain the situation. To me a reservation means, there is a record of your name/ arrival time, that is the whole point and no argument should be necessary. We ended up leaving the car parked on the street for the entire stay. Actually, this was free and the car turned out to be perfectly fine there but it really stressed me out initially. The Wi fi did work for the most part, but guests are restricted how much data they can use (There was plenty of allowance for our needs, this did not turn out to be a problem for us)

Это квартира в доме! Интересная квартира в оригинальном подъезде, большие комнаты, кухня, ванная, чисто. Тихий спальный район, рядом рыночек,продуктовые магазины. До центра 25 минут на метро. Хозяева - очень культурные и пунктуальные, помогли с моментами быта. Завтрак - это набор продуктов для самостоятельной готовки. Спасибо за приветственную бутылку вина.

Может быть немного дороговато. Wi-fi постоянно вылетал, сказал об этом хозяевам, возможно проблема в роутере.

Maria i Nunzio to przesympatyczni gospodarze. Położenie mieszkania - idealne - wszędzie blisko - metro 200/300m, po drugiej stronie ulicy targ, blisko pizzerie i restauracje. Mieszkanie bardzo dobrze wyposażone, wszystko co potrzeba jest na miejscu. Gospodarze udzielili wszelkich informacji i wskazówek oraz zorganizowali transport na lotnisko (wylot wczesnym rankiem). Zawsze chciałbym mieć możliwość pobytu w takim miejscu.
