Central location. Very close to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain.

Hot - the air con didn’t work well in one of the bedrooms.

Location was excellent. The rooms were large. The shower was excellent. But it's the location that's the best. Close to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps with loads of restaurants within 10 mins walk.

Our friends had the room at the front which they said was noisy despite it being a very small side street. I can't say if it was or wasn't. Our room was at the back with zero noise. There is a lift in the building but there are about 8 steps inside the front door up into the apartment which were difficult with our heavy post-cruise suitcases. Just something to be aware of but not a deal breaker. The pillows were lumpy (as if they'd been washed and the filling had clumped) which made for a poor night's sleep. Hopefully the staff will read this and change them. It's an easy fix but important.

Staff was friendly and was easy to communicate with about our needs before the trip. We asked for early check in, the room was not ready for early check in even though they tried - but we were able to leave the bags and grab they keys for self check in when the room was cleaned. Overall a great stay in an area close to sightseeing and the city centre.

Location of the apartment is good. One of the rooms had air conditioning. The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary equipment.

The cleanliness is somewhat lacking. The apartment is quite warm. There is a flight of stairs once you enter the apartment. It was quite difficult for my elderly parents to get up them considering there is no railing in place.
