Overall, the apartment is good for what you pay.

Location of the apartment is good. One of the rooms had air conditioning. The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary equipment.

The cleanliness is somewhat lacking. The apartment is quite warm. There is a flight of stairs once you enter the apartment. It was quite difficult for my elderly parents to get up them considering there is no railing in place.

Poor check in experience

It was well placed

We were sent limited and confusing information prior to arrival. Upon reaching the property, we had to make numerous phone calls just to gain access. Eventually, we got through to someone who sent us the necessary details—but the whole process was frustrating and unclear. We were initially told someone would be meeting us at the property, then later informed we should’ve received access instructions beforehand. After a long and exhausting day of travel, this was the last thing we needed. Very disappointing start to our stay.

Perfect location, neglected abode

The location is amazing, if you're just visiting Rome and plan on being out and about for most of the trip, this is in a prime spot! Had great AC units, so we were able to be very comfortable from the heat.

One whole bathroom was broken, so this is actually a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment. Seems like an ongoing issue they've never resolved. Pictures are very MISLEADING, furniture/arrangement not the same, probably from years ago because most of the vinyl decor is peeling now. There was a floor heater, that we couldn't turn off, making us stressed the whole trip about it. The dining room, kitchen, and 2nd bedroom are bare bones, with the 2nd bedroom having an uncomfortable and wobbly bed. Not recommended for those traveling with older folks, the elevator is unreliable at times, and there are no hand rails for some of the stairs. All in all, not worth it, this place could be so much more given some care.

Amazing location. Huge property for the price we paid. It’s a traditional feeling apartment but has everything you need for your stay.

Bathtub could use some love - but this is easily rectified if the property take action on this.

Bathroom was run down. Looking tired and needed attention. A couple of the appliances didn't work. Didn't matter to us but if you were relying on them I think it would make things awkward. Mattresses needed replacing as well. Very stained. Only downside to our stay.

Irem was extremely helpful and kind. She let us check in earlier and check out later as we had the kids. She answered immediately all our questions. She was the best host ever!

- the location is no doubt great. - the access to the property was easy. - the host was reasonable and agreed to refund us the rest of the stay when we have left after our first night.

- I've never written a bad review on booking.com but this leaves me no choice, everything has its customers but I would not recommend staying at this place until there are some significant improvements made on the cleanliness level (or at least the online/offline representation mismatch is not removed) - the apartment as represented online does not match the reality, we were surprised to see it in such state - it seems like the cleaning staff does very basic job with no further effort, the only generally clean rooms were the bedrooms, everything else left much to be desired. - there is mould just about in nearly every room but it's especially bad in the bathrooms, if you have infants/elderly or people with respiratory problems then avoid at all costs - the host gave an excuse of an 'old' building which is not really valid, this can be prevented or at least there have to be attempts at solving this on a ongoing basis - not generally good value, after we have left this property we have decided to stay in a 4* hotel around the corner which met every expectation and was cheaper than staying in this property.

Loved location and the space in apartment, but everything was very old, worn and looked dirty.

Location was good. Apartment was big.

The apartment is far from luxus! Very old and broken surfaces, walls, floors, bathroom tiles etc. There was mold on bathroom walls and curtains were dirty. You didn't want walk there bare foot. Only 4 drinking classes and one broken wine class. Very pour tableware. Wardrope smelled so bad it was impossible to put clothes in, also only 3 hangers. Balcony looked bad, and it was very small, you didn't want to sit there + no furniture there. I travel very much, and if something has been called luxury it has been, this was not! Very disappointed of quality. Price was way too high!

If you don’t mind living in a filthy apartment but value location and space then this is the right place for you.

The location, the beds, the size of the apartment and the lift.

This place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for years and the interior is worn out. The kitchen was extremely filthy and we didn’t feel like cooking there. We had to defrost and clean the refrigerator as a thick layer of ice made it unable to cool, and it still had many food stains. The bathroom is covered in mold on the walls.

A very enjoyable stay in a spacious quirky layout apartment in a great location

The location was excellent. An easy walk to the Spanish steps and the Trevi Fountain. The apartment was clean, and warm.

The entrance doorway was pretty grubby although renovation work was ongoing in the building. The lift was temperamental. there are a number of different levels in the apartment including stairs. if you had mobility issues it would be challenging.

The location is unbeatable: 5-10 min away from Piazza Spagna and Fontana di Trevi. It makes this apartment an excellent base to explore Rome. There are plenty of nice restaurants in this area.

The apartment is not as new and clean as it seems to be in the photos provided in booking.com There are a few steps in two locations inside the apartment, which might not be a big deal for adult guests, but we were traveling with small children and we always had to keep an eye on the kids going up and down these steps. If more than 4 guests are staying in the apartment, you have to be aware that the third room is the living room and the guests in this room sleep in a sofa-bed

Very good location, spacios and clean property with the character and charm, comfortable beds, easy check-in and check-out process, excellent communication with the host. Marco is very helpful and friendly.

Location of aparment was perfect. Close to metro stop. We could walk to places like Fontana di Trevi. Aparment was spcious. Two bedrooms and teo bathrooms - ideal for 4 people. The kitchen was equipped, but we did’t us it so much. We could store our luggage before check in.

Apartmennt looks a little bit older as on photos. Especially wardrobes, we could feel “the age”.
